That is the best part of FL, the hot and humid is helping us get rid of Toxin out of our bodies through sweat. Do you know our bodies need to breath through our skin to be healthy. No it’s not as long as you don’t live by the ocean. I lived in the middle of Florida and its only cost me $1,500 per annual for home insurance but you need to do what is called 4 point inspections which they look for wind inspection, Termites, flood zone and home inspection, total cost about $800 one time when you purchase the home.
