    Hello BoB. I like your channel and video.
    Two ideas for new videos.
    How to make normal lighting in Fs22?
    The standard light is weird.
    If you look at the sun in the game, the screen dims. How to fix it? The second idea for the video. (How to make a large size FS22 card)
    Downloaded some PMC map, 32km, 45Km, opened in GE,
    but strange things, the closer to the edges of the map to look, then everything is transparent., terrain, grass, structure. looked to the left - invisible everything. turned to the right again visible. what is the reason for such transparency.? Such a topic lessons would be very useful to all mappers. Thank you

    Thanks for your work, nice video session!
    I am trying to convert a 4x4 map... as I was copying and renaming the *weight files, what should I do with files, which have no similar on the other side? For example, the old one had beachSandWet01 - but the new one, there is no beachsand or similar one...
    And I have got an error for some Terrain weight maps, that they have the wrong size... Or in other words, same size is needed for all layers. But I am confussed, it is only for those, which I haven´t copied from one side to the other.

      The ones that doesn have similar you will need to redo that layer in the new map, it means the map does not have the same texture. So your choices are basically limited, either use another texture in the editor and put that in the place where the beachsand was. Or 2nd option is to pick something like river rock or closest to sand u can get then copy the old weights over to the new map then overight the old weights with the new wieghts names, so the old will take over the new weights with new names of the new map. Then delete the new map weights that now has the same names. I always copy the weight name then after i had copy the name, i add a 1 to the name then just overright the old map weight name by pasting the name over the old one. Hope it makes sense. I did it a couple of times in the video.
      As for the weight sizes. Yes if you have custom ground textures i would not bother but they all need to be the same size as the maps weights otherwise you can not copy them over. It will cause problems. I would sugguest rather do those over in the new map.
      If you want to change thevweight sizes, download and use the grle or gdm converter to convert each weight file to .png the put the .png files in the directory and remove the old weight and put aside somewhere safe incase things go wrong. Then open each .png and resize the files to the needed resolution. Then edit your i3d wieght line and change each ones extension to .png ( only the ones you changed) then save i3d. Then open the i3d in thebeditor and make sure there is no errors. Then save the map and close. You will then see new weights has been created. Then delete the .png weights again and lastly edit the i3d again and change the wight extensions back to gdm or whatever they were.
