I think the reason your room gets hot is partially because of Delhi's heat but also because your room has absolutely no ventilation. This results in the hot air being trapped inside coz it has nowhere to escape to. Acs don't help in this situation
Tips for your room 1. Bhai use better lights. These smaller ones emit more heat into the room 2. Improve ventilation - use exhaust fans , holes near ceiling because warm air is light. 3. Don't use wallpapers or plaster , it absorbs and reflects heat adding to heat in the room.
