This is badass!!! Everyone complaining about the heavy breathing though??... I can't be the only one who was glad they left all that in during editing. It presented more realism and intensity while watching this.
mannn when they hit the ground running in that open field and just hugged each other and were so happy i started tearing up 🥲 this stuff is so beautiful and the fact they experienced that together is just 😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
@@prohigher it wasn't a drone. look at the exit at 0:29 . there is a third jumper. no drone in the world could keep up with terminal free-flyers. all of the canopy flight caught on 3rd person pov was the same jumper. the logistics to get a drone in position on this kind of jump is impractical. you're dumb and the joke is dumb.
One day I want to do the same. I started but a skydiving license is not easy to get. Problems with money, problems with the jobs, problems with yourself ... Thank you Red Bull Videos like that always build me up.
Don't give up. AFF (or whatever is similar for your region) doesn't cost very much. Some places (e.g. Lodi, CA) in the US can get you jumping on your own for only $1,200.
same!! its my dream to become a professional skydiver but trying to get the funds together and maintaining financial stability is gonna be a hard obstacle to overcome. we'll make it though :)
This clip was so intense to watch, I literally forgot to breath, the sound effects and view just had me stuck in the moment. Which leads me to this question, can I get a tandem jump from this location? Red Bull
+Bernardo Jimenez Good work man! Been trying to find out who the camera jumper was for a while :) Must have been strange exiting at 30k compared to regular jumps
+samcdigweed thanks! It was an amazing ride, obviously special care was made for some conditions, like temperature (special termal suit), oxygen (breath mask) and very fast cross winds (parachute couldn´t be open higher than 20k), besides that it was a normal jump, just a little bit funnier lol
😮after this is adrenaline dump. It is a crazy feeling. I am not one of these guys yet similar with over 6,000 jumps. Canopy flight, with a high performance wing is beyond words. Thank you for this video
seen a lotta Red Bull vids and action sports etc. wingsuit flying is hard but seriously, how do you beat this??? holy shit. skating the mountain was nuts but then doing rollovers..... totally appreciate what they're doing, salute. but these dudes are nutters
As for their breathing. These guys were on pure O2 for at least an hour before the jump to purge the nitrogen from their bodies. Yes you CAN get the bends from skydiving as well as scuba diving. You jump from high altitudes with your own O2 bottle and shut off the O2 when you reach a safe level to do so. That is the O2 bottles strapped to the front of their waists.
one question. did the camara man jump with them but a lower altitud or was a helicopter when they were near to land behind them? thank you for aswer...
yoman299mw2 Raw footage or not, this video was still edited together with all the different camera angles, and the audio was recorded with a mic within their masks and added to the video later on. They could have simply muted the breathing so all we hear is the air rushing, and then unmuted when they were speaking. :]
My thing is how the hell did they manage to find their way back to that little grass field?! They jumped jumped of the plane practically in space and could've easily landed miles off
Fun facts for comparison: In normal skydiving here in the states, we used to deploy (from the plane) @ 12 - 14,000 feet of altitude. We would pull the shoot somewhere between 3000 - 5000 feet, depending on your skill level and conditions. So when I saw these guys pull the shoot at 6000 m, I remember thinking WTF?! It’s because they had a whole other stunt planned …to scale this entire mountain range at close range. 😲😱😎🙌 The heavy breathing into the oxygen masks tells you how hard they were working, and how much adrenaline was being dumped into their systems. Last thing: the unsung hero of this video is actually the cameraman. Some unlucky soul had to follow them on this entire journey and hold a camera to capture this epic footage. 💪👍❤🏔📸📽
Regrettably not anymore for the one guy Vince Refett ... he died November almost 2 years ago ... some training exercise in Dubai . Like one person said , he's flying with the angels now .

agreed

But somebody in another thread said the one guy Vince Reffet is dead now ...
One of the sickest jumps i have ever seen, seriously.
These are the memories that can never be forgotten
Feel bad that the camera man who went with them the whole way didn't get a mention

The skydiving camera man is the new bass player.
Cameraman Never Dies And They Never Work For Attention They Are Real Chad's💀
Always , the camera flyer is usually the best flier. He can do it, and get others on video. The unrecognized baddass

It's amazing how they even did flips and spins and other tricks even when they were parachuting
Where's the camera mans credit at
Kieran Hay exactly!!
videographer`s are skydivings un-sung heroes.
Wait, is there a camera man and not just a drone?
exactly bro
ye, was wondering was it another guy with a chute?
That was one of the coolest skydives that I have ever seen... period.
I love how Redbull show more than NASA
nothing like a peaceful fall from the edge of the earth my grandmother always says
Mad props to the guy who did the same jump but with a camera,
there was 3 things that i was thinking all the time 1. That breathing ! 2. DID YOU HIT THE GROUND ?? 3. AWESOME !!
That was jaw dropping and suspenseful...!
What amazing precision..!
Such detail - and all of it amazing.
One false move..one quick shift in the wind and you're gravy. Still a hell of a ride. Sign me up

Legend has it that this dude is still breathing through that tube...
Really Zak lol?
Whoa, these guys are good and have nerves of steel.
One gust of wind up against the mountainside, and they would have been toast.
Regrettably one of them is toast now according to somebody saying rest in peace Vince Reffett .
Two of the best. RIP Vince.

Gopro
Jason Di Costanzo I meant did the cameraman use a parachute or something else?

I think you mean Go Pro Helmet Cam + sth like a helicopter crew filming them
The camera man is Norman Osbourne. He's flying the goblin glider. That's how they get the footage.
