Fürstliche Hofreitschule Bückeburg at Hampton Court Palace A

The Princely School of Riding Art from Bückeburg, Germany presents their royal horses at Hampton Court Palace in London. In celebration of the 300. throne anniversary of Englands King Georg I., horses and riders from Germany show original equitation as in the beginning of the 18th century. The presentation includes a schools by the ground and above the ground, martial arts on horseback such as a fencing quadrille and skill at arms as well as a romantic horse ballet in the form of a pas de deux. Riders are Arne Koets, Wolfgang Krischke, Roland Heiss, Brahim Brinkhaus, Marius Schneider and Janna Behrens in the side saddle.

Das nennt sich versammelter Schritt. Das eilige Gezappel im Schritt, das man in der modernen Reiterei so sieht, hat nichts mit "Hinterhand" zu tun, sondern damit, dass die Pferde einfach große Schritte machen.=D Diese Pferde hier tragen ihr Gewicht wirklich auf der Hinterhand und schieben nicht einfach nur nach vorne.
