    I confuse, who is not follow the WTO rule??? I think who always protect with tariff in this case is ?????? USA

    this is more of framing and narrative to cover up the fundamental and chronic economic competitiveness on the part on f US; it is simply a defiance of admission of competitive defeat rather than conceding its weakness and addressing it. The US attitude is still frozen to the old notion of american exceptionalism.
