What I used to do in my customer service days is to rephrase the sentence and confirm if what I understood is correct, or request the person to slow down, sometimes customers asked me to slow down, so I think it's ok to request that.
Not me saying 'You shoulda done it earliAH' Here because my accent has changed a lot ever since I moved to Australia and now i have a mixed accent that pisses me off :( Thanks for the videos!
