This look is perfect for a coffee date on campus since it's not too structured and just enhances your natural features. Thank you for your comment! I think this can work on every eye shape. But I guess you'd have to experiment around a bit so that it won't look too heavy etc.
In your case I'd say it can be really flattering to apply everything in a more sheer manner and dark shades very close to the lash line!
