    No ones probably gonna read this, but hey everyone! I first found this video in 2013 when i was a kid. This video really did help me go to sleep back then. I still come back to this video every now and then because it always helps me sleep. I’ve developed a lot of bad habits that have affected my health, one of them being not sleeping on time or not enough sleep. High School made me lose sight of the value of sleep, but i’m in college now and I’ve learned a lot from my mistakes. I always try to go sleep on time these days, but today, I just can’t sleep so I’m coming back to this video to keep me on track. I already feel sleepy so goodnight and thank you to anyone who reads this. Hope you have a good night’s sleep

    Recently, the only one out of my friend group who could drive got in an accident. He was always driving us around to places and even turned down money to help him cover the gas he spent on us. Watching this kind of reminded me of sneaking out late, having fun with friends, and him driving me home cause I wasn’t sober enough to get myself home. Hell, he was always the only one sober, just so we’d get home alright. I miss you buddy, thanks for the drive home.

    Sleeping before exams is hard, sleeping while stressed is hard. This sound transports me back to when I would close my eyes by the beach on holiday with my parents. A calming, nostalgic feeling that has helped me sleep.

    For people with anxiety: Close your eyes, listen deeply to the waves, breathe in count to 5, breathe out count to five do this for as many times until you are calm or asleep. Don’t forget you’re not alone you are loved you are strong you are special. I love you

    It has been the best for me since I suffer from insomnia I have for quite some time and it really does relax me yes it does help with prayer to my God and then I turn on the ways they seem to take me somewhere else somewhere awesome

    Sabe porque o ser humano de modo geral se acalma com sons de chuva e trovão? Isso data de nossos antepassados, uma herança que vem sendo passada pelos genes à muito tempo, desde a terra selvagem. Quando chuvia, principalmente a noite e o ser humano era mais "presa" do que "predador" (pois ainda não dominava ferramentas e principalmente o fogo), o barulho da tempestade criava uma sensação de tranquilhidade entre os grupos de humanos que viviam basicamente em familia mas isolados de grupos sociais, viviam em arvores ou cavernas. Essa tranquilidade vinha da certeza de que com o barulho, qualquer predador proximo teria muito mais trabalho para detectar barulhos pricipalmente de bebês, que ainda não compreendiam o perigo do mundo e faziam barulhos aleatoriamente atraindo predadores para seu grupo. Com a chuva o olfato dos predadores tambem não funcionava 100%. Então desde essa epoca o ser humano se tranquiliza com estes sons.
