I struggle so hard on p3 Hlotus I paly bishop, do you have any tips or recommendations for explore mages. I think I have roughly about the same damage as you do. But I don’t have your smooth moves
Yeah! Off the top of my head: 1. Lotus' push is very telegraphed. When you see him winding up to push, you can telecast to the other side of his attack OR in the direction of his push. TP should get you out of his attack range in both scenarios. Make sure you're constantly scanning the areas around you for safe spots to tp into without debris 2. Platforms in the corners are generally safe. If he pushes you, you'll just hit the wall and shouldn't be exposed to lightning 3. If no platforms are available, you can always jump in the air and glide down with your mage blink. It should keep you airborne long enough to outlast the lightning. Plus, you get some more maneuverability to avoid debris spawning in the air Other tips that helped me: 1. You can craft the special node for healing (can't remember what it's called atm) for a bit extra survivability. Healing familiars are also always helpful 2. In a pinch, you can always bind when platforms fall to prevent the lightning Most of these are pretty obvious tips, but I hope it helps some. Hlotus is the first difficult boss in maple imo, but it's become my favorite bossing experience as a tp class, along with vhilla. Good luck on your solo!
Thanks! Good question. I've always lived near the servers so I've never had any issues. But from a quick search, it seems like poison nova and stacking fervent drain might be affected. I wonder if they were changed to be client sided after the awake update though.
