I really want to understand why qudans chooses to usse warrior instinct on round 3, wouldn't it be better to use it when he's 2 rounds up, 2 rounds down, or final round?
from what i've observed watching his games, he usually uses warrior instinct in final round. (or maybe i'm confusing him with other heihachi players) he probably uses warrior instinct in disadvantage just to get more experience when he's maybe forced to do so in actual tournament
There are mind games that only high Ranks can understand, I believe it is to maintain pressure and advantage, and also not to become dependent but to prevent the opponent from having any Momentum. Saving it only for the final round can be bad because the opponent can see this and prevent it from activating at all costs, and also to ensure that he will win as quickly as possible.
