¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
CARAMEL FILLING
1 tin condensed milk (395g)
50g salted butter
3 tablespoons golden syrup
