Your video was very helpful. To avoid the problems you had with the cutting and removal from the cutting box - I cut a long 1/4 inch wide strip of the instruction paper and placed it in the cutting box with some sticking out each end of the box and then I put the soap block in. This allowed me to use the paper to lift the blocks out easily after cutting.
