We visited this amazing national park and temple in July-24, during our Chandigarh - Kasauli trip.
After crossing Solan town for few kilometres, while on the Shimla highway, one can find a diversion towards this site. The interior road is pretty narrow, lots of bends with reducing altitude going down the valley. Kindly drive carefully on this stretch, honk often and observe traffic discipline. This is a lovely drive, beautiful vistas and surrounding green valley. Once we reached the national park, we found ample parking space and whole area was quite nice. Its a large park filled with gardens and forest. The actual complex has a large temple. The temple hosts lots of Indian religion gods & goddesses, sculptures & scriptures from Vedas, Ramayana and Mahabharat. The idols are beautifully carved. We can re-learn a lot about Indian mythology and religion. One can also find artificial objects of animals placed in the garden, giving a serene feel. Backside of the temple is a wall of mountain, while the front side has Ashwini river flowing. The whole atmosphere is amazing, beautiful, and pious.
