Madam instant pulliyodarai is usually prepared in temples for prasadams.My mother used to prepare this for the festive occasions and used to call this pulliyodarai mix as Ammi pulliyodarai. Urs look very yummy.

This is because we (atleast me) store it in the utube library and watch it before making the dish. It takes time to search for dishes when you make a combo meal, amma.

One doubt I have- when you add so much curds in the dosa batter, will the batter not stick to the tava? When we make normal rava dosa I avoid using curd because it sticks to the pan. Please clarify.
