SSU interception confirms shelling of Olenivka prison was carried out by occupiers

  • The SSU has intercepted telephone conversations in which occupiers confirm that russian troops are to blame for this tragedy. Even the militants of the so-called DNR do not believe in the lies of russian propaganda that the ‘shelling’ of the correctional facility in Olenivka was carried out by Ukraine.
The SSU intercepted several such conversations - all of them will be included as evidence in the criminal proceedings, opened under Article 438 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war).
Currently, the entire array of information is being studied by SSU investigators.
Judging by the militants’ conversations, russians could have staged a tragedy having placed the explosives in the premises of the prison. In particular, none of the eyewitnesses heard any missile flying towards the correctional facility. There was no characteristic whistling, and the explosions occurred on their own.
Intercepted conversations confirm that the ruscists emplaced their Grad MRLS near the correctional facility and began firing into the Ukraine-controlled territory. However, no shelling in response was observed - this is confirmed by the ‘DNR’ fighters themselves.
Moreover, judging by the videos available on the Internet, the windows have remained whole in some rooms of the facility. This indicates that the epicenter of the explosion was inside the destroyed building and its walls took the hit from the blast waves, protecting some of the neighboring rooms.
Additionally, a preliminary analysis of the video shows that such traces on the walls from an explosion most likely remained due to an ‘internal source’ of the blast.
Overall, there is a lot of evidence that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not launch missiles or carry out artillery strikes near Olenivka. Therefore, all statements of russian propaganda about ‘shelling by Ukrainian military’ are outright lies and provocation.
Acting Head of the SSU Vasyl Malyuk has said that russia will not be able to absolve itself of responsibility for this bloody crime.
‘No matter what nonsense the enemies invent to justify themselves, it is obvious to everyone that russia is guilty of the deliberate killing of Ukrainian prisoners. This is confirmed by the first available evidence. I am confident that later there will be more evidence. SSU investigators have already started investigating this crime as part of the relevant criminal proceedings,’ Vasyl Malyuk said.
Acting SSU Head emphasized that the SSU will do everything possible to ensure that those who committed this outrageous crime receive the punishment they deserve.
‘We will not forgive any ruscist - everyone will be punished,’ Vasyl Malyuk added.

"I hope the perpetrators get prosecuted and get a just punishment by the law."
I'm afraid we won't be able to see the perpetrators punished. Moscow has a long tradition of killing POW's, 1942 they executed 22 Thousand of polish officer corps members, basically all ranks higher than lieutenant were murdered by the means of mass executions. It was necessary to use caterpillars in order to burry this unimageable number of bodies. No one was ever made responsible for this crimes, the last executioners e-g. Pyotr Karpovich Soprunenko died in his bed 1992 and was buried with honors.
From 1945 till the end of the Soviet Union Russian Authorities insisted the killings were done by "german fascists". After Jelcin released some documents there was a long silence and after Putin took over Russian Government started again to spread lies about those crimes denying responsibility.
By the way: the western allies were informed about Russian atrocities but they did not want to irritate Stalin by telling the truth. It was more convenient to keep silent and pretend that they did not have an ally who was a mass murderer.
I wonder if Westerners would prefer to choose a pragmatic attitude again.

@@leemaya3626 sorry, i need to respond in english i think with google translator it would get terrible wrong. well one side how it can be proved is to have a look at the bodies and asking survivors, but a better method is to use the images and maybe Maxxar-Sat. to get the impact to the building, cause there can nothing be faked. there are experts who can say from the destruction and how the fire worked if that was a bomb or a rocket (in a closed building you have different firemarks f.e. and another level of smoke emission depending on the accelerant). and another legal question: did all russian guards there survive? (but to find this out would be very hard, as i think there will be no independend team allowed). but even the fragments on the table could be analyzed by the dirt on the fragments (is the dirt from the same ground where the destroyed building is, or is it different...etc.). it could also be interesting what temperature the fire had to have a exact hint what happened. i believe straight in modern forensic - it´s my addiction. in the end when you have the building-details you can still say from which direction it came and which troops were in that area at the time.

The clue is that every missle has a serial number registered to a country, and exactly this type of Tochka-U was also used in Syria.(so Ukraine bombed Syria too? -> Russia used in Syria exactly the same playbook). It was one of the weapon Ukraine gave back when USSR broke down. What Russia never tells you is that Ukraine gave back most weapons, especially nuclear/long range weapon to Russia and most people of the world know this - only Russia gives old Sovjet Information to blame Ukraine for things they have never had done. It´s the same with the gas-turbine from germany. Lies, over lies - cause Russia can´t accept that we will never use Nordstream 2 because of terrorist acts to innocent people. Apart from Kramatorsk, Olenivka, Butcha - when the first attacks happened. all over the internet were webcam´s online, were you see who attacked without reason. i got white hair at the day i was watching live the attack of Zaporizhzhia nuclear powerplant, and what the russian idiots did there. straw-bombs over a nuclear powerplant and shooting wild around - very professional. i had enough when Vlad Gremlin opened his mouth about "professionality" - this cleptocrat has really no clue that we are in the 21th century, and that the world saw this all LIVE.

In addition to the fact that some ucrainians might retaliate and their opponents might prefer to die fighting rather then surrender. Our European countries are paying energy that is used to finance Wagner soldiers, contractors plus all the rest ...🤬🤮 Ucrainians human resources are not unlimited. We need to give them equipment and fighting experience that enables them to win with 1-20 ratio. The longer it goes the worst for Ucraine. My 2 cents Long live Ucraine 🇺🇦💪🇪🇺
