It was great to be apart of the national tradition that happened by accident. This was my 1st ever soccer match ever...I've now been to 4 more home games and have tickets to 3 more games this season. To say I'm hooked would be an understatement. Por La Corona! VAMOS CHARLOTTE!
I’m in tears watching this I remember it was just a dream to have a team here. Now we have our squad and the fans support has been nothing but outstanding - soccer in the Carolinas is here!! Top 3 attendance in the league and it’s only our first year It’s magical for years to come #ForTheCrown
Usually first year teams have great attendance. I hope you all keep it up. If only 1 team can keep up the massive attendance it would be you all. I usually root for Charlotte unless they are playing a Columbus.
Awesome video! Football has always been a hugely popular sport in the state of North Carolina, so it's no wonder that the city of Charlotte has taken to the new club so quickly.
Having just moved to Charlotte a month ago, this will be my first year following Charlotte FC and the MLS in general. The passion this club has is AMAZING, and I can't wait to be a part of it.
A rich guy paid money, what a club. Def the same as a grass roots endeavor that EARNED being in the top flight. Definitely as prestigious to have daddy pay the MLS expansion fee and call yourself a club, vs being a real club. Good Job Charlotte 👏
That’s how sports work in the US my guy. It’s always about the money. Just have to find the right market for it. Turns out, Charlotte is a great market for it!!
@@edgardolopez500 Charlotte is the Market they landed on after Detroit kicked them out on their ass. Next time pay attention to an entire situation, not part of it. :) maybe you'll be less wrong tomorrow
@@jaquandrejones yea I’m well aware. My statement stands. Charlotte is a great market for a team. Passionate supporter groups, insanely active supporter section, great attendance for almost every home game, two top ten jersey sales. The Carolinas have always had a great soccer culture and it shows in the support for the team this first year! The teams following will continue to grow!
@@edgardolopez500 if they actually had such an amazing soccer culture, there probably would have been a club there already. Like Detroit. 👍 but i know daddy paid money and now a team that didn't even exist, is a top flight team. Very cool. Very natural. Very earned. Very unique. Just remember they're in a league where dragon ball Z reruns get more views than championship finals. That's the league Charlotte invented a team for. 👏 Very prestigious
@@jaquandrejones the Independence have been around for some time now and they have their following. As for Charlotte as a city, it was the perfect time for a team, in a rapidly growing city that can finally support a third major league team. You seem really hurt about this when you should know that in US sports, money rules my guy. Be butthurt at the commish if you want but laughable that you shit on a club and city that has nothing to do with your clubs suffering

That was a hell of a night, won't ever forget it
National Anthem will be a tradition forever... so powerful that a mic mess up and the crowd doesnt miss a step. For the Crown!!
This is beautifully done!

Well done! Vamos CLT FC!
This is great! Congratulations guys!
Amazing story, brilliant piece of content 👏🏼

Fantastic to see how a new team comes together! Great access!
Extraordinary story, very well told !
Love CLT FC, 2023 let's go!
well done Charlotte FC I hope the second year in MLS is an even great for Charlotte fc
The MOST important strategy is to UNITE all of the supporters groups. If there is disunity among the supporters groups, the on-pitch product will FAIL
Love this!
I wish you guys all the best going forward, i live in the UK but I'll be keeping an eye
Incredible!!
Beautiful movie
I can't wait for this second season upcoming!!!!!
Never heard of them, great story!
Amazing story! Thank you
If Gareth Bale didn't just join LAFC then Charlotte would have a new hardcore fan 🏴 ! Amazing film!
Happy to see the 90min guys commenting Here 🙂
This is cool!
Great video
Terima kasih para penggemar Charlotte fc
My god, all our city and team have gone through so far! Let's go charlotte, we are from the carolinas, sangre negra y azul! #forthecrown

Was the most hated sport in the 90s late 2000s
soccer will now somewhat bring americans together
the irony
Love this #forthecrown

The problem with US football they call it other markets. markets.....
Great team. Just way overpriced tickets and everything through ticketmaster with fees.
Just took down Chelsea, just the start
