Difficult to find pork belly in USA. Vast majority turned into bacon and thinly sliced lengthwise. Awesome recipe!
I love your videos and the recipes that you show how to make. There are so many of them that I would love to test. I wish though, since there are no written recipe in the description below, that there would be a more precise explanation when it comes to the amount of the ingredients eg tablespoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp), gram (g) etc. When the text says spoon I don’t know what kind of spoon that is and then I might not want to take a chance at guessing.
