    Svako kanelone pravi na svoj način i recept je manje više svakom isti. Ja ne volim bešamel sos pa pravim ovu svoju verziju tako što pomiješam pavlaku za kuvanje i muskantni oraščić💫.
    🟡250 gr kanelona (24 komada u kutiji)
    🟡500 gr mljevenog ćurećeg mesa
    🟡teglica paradajz sosa za bolonjeze
    🟡500 ml pavlake za kuvanje
    🟡začini:so, bijeli luk u granulama, origano, kari, muskantni oraščić, bosiljak, biber i šareni biber
    🟡200 gr Edamer sira
    🟨Propržiti mljeveno meso i dodati začine: so, bijeli luk u granulama, origano, kari, biber i bosiljak. Sastaviti meso sa paradajz sosom i smanjiti temperaturu da se ukrčka i zgusne nekih pola sata, a zatim i prohladi kako bi kanelone lakše punili.
    Pomiješati pavlaku za kuvanje i kašičicu muskantnog oraščića. Puniti kanelone smjesom mesa i sosa i ređati u pleh, prethodno preliven sa malo pripremljene pavlake i muskantnog oraščića. Napunjene kanelone preliti pavlakom za kuvanje i popločati ili izrendati sir preko.
    Staviti u prethodno zagrijanu rernu i peći 35 minuta na 200 stepeni. Ja sam pekla prvih 20 min pokriveno alu folijom, a zatim je makla i pekla preostalih 15 min bez nje.

    Everyone makes cannelloni in their own way and the recipe is more or less the same for everyone. I don't like béchamel sauce so I make my own version by mixing cooking cream and a nutmeg💫.
    🟡250 g of cannelloni (24 pieces in a box)
    🟡500 gr of ground turkey meat
    🟡a jar of tomato sauce for Bolognese
    🟡500 ml of cooking cream
    🟡spices: salt, granulated garlic, oregano, curry, nutmeg, basil, pepper and red pepper flakes
    🟡200 gr of Edamer cheese
    🟨Fry the minced meat and add spices: salt, granulated garlic, oregano, curry, pepper and basil. Put the meat together with the tomato sauce and reduce the temperature so that it sets and thickens for about half an hour, and cool it down so that the cannelloni can be filled more easily.
    Mix the cooking cream and a teaspoon of nutmeg. Fill the cannelloni with a mixture of meat and sauce and arrange in a baking tray, previously topped with a little prepared cream and nutmeg. Pour the cooking cream over the filled cannelloni and spread or grate the cheese on top.
    Place in a preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. I have baked the first 20 minutes covered with aluminum foil, then removed it and baked it for the remaining 15 minutes without it.
