Should have stayed on 28 . That is an epic ride to the dragon tail. Harley Davidson bikes seem to really shine in the mountains. The combination of handling and that low end torque make it a joy😊 First time we went to deals gap there was an accident. Guy rode off the mountain. My wife refuses to ride it with me. She did do the cheraholla skyway and blue ridge Pkwy though.
No idea why Google maps took me down that road off but it was memorable atleast. The bike loves twisty mountain roads for sure. I still need to do cheraholla skyway, I hear it’s a lot fun. Might go back up and ride it next month
Brother, outstanding video! You’re a natural for getting out to ride, enjoy and provide such epic content amongst this great landscape we’ve been blessed to enjoy. Your narration throughout is spot on. By the way, your bike looks incredible; great call on that!
@@gropplife Rented a Harley Ultra back in 2018 in Denver and rode to Aspen through the mountains. Ruined riding in Florida for me for the rest of my time in this state. Nothing more breath taking than the passes in the Rocky Mountains.
Nice to meet you today at Timms Harley in Augusta. I had already saw some of your videos. Will definitely be keeping up with you. We may have to get a little ride in one day!!!
@@gropplife Definitely! I figured you had been on diet bikes before to tackle that and not lay it down! Glad you made it safe man! That area of the country looks beautiful.
Well dam now there’s another reason to buy the new road glide, off road capable 🤣🤣… you sure your not John Maxwell just recording under a different name? 🤣🤣 just kidding man good video!
I own a blacked out 2014 RK CVO and that will be the last blacked out bike I own. I like it but the finishes age different, leaving different shades of black depending on the heat cycles of the part. Chrome is eternal.
This is my first blacked out bike, I guess I’ll just have to see how it ages. My last bike was chromed out and was ready for a change. Thanks for watching!
Your gps map should have changed color from gray?? to maybe tan indicating a change in road surface. If it didnt, check your settings so that doesnt happen again
Thank you! I’m running the S&S cycles GNX slip ons. I also have a full install video on my channel if you want to see more on them. Thanks for watching!
Nice video keep up the good work
Thank you!

It nice meeting you as well! Thanks for watching the channel! Yeah definitely need to get a ride in!
I have to get use to those mountains cause that ride looks amazing
Just remember to look at the yellow line and not off the side of the mountain and you’ll be fine
Bro you are crazy! That gravel road looked sketch!
Hahaha, it was sketchy but the childhood spent on dirt bikes paid off

Next time find and ride the back of the dragon. It's nearby , Tazwell VA
It’s on the list just not sure when I’ll make it that way
Nice bike. I went with the Whiskey Fire Street glide black trim.
Thank you! Whiskey Fire is a good color on them!
Dude... Where'd ya get that nifty clip on camera holder on your bars? I'm interested. Great Video by the way.
I picked it up at Walmart, it’s made by go pro. Thanks for watching!

That is so good to know. I kinda prefer chrome, and have been skeptical about the black. Chrome it is!
@@gropplife Use Cycle Care Formula B. By far the best at keeping it new looking.

Is that a feature on the Harley navigation? I didn’t get the nav package and just use Google maps
That's why I always buy chrome bikes
Yeah but black on black looks so much better on this bike rather than its chrome counterpart
Your bike sounds amazing. What pipes are you using?
