You are right Sir, I was very bad student during my school life. I failed 5 times in School. But I was good in Painting, Martial Art and Computer Graphics. I earned money during my 12th standard only with these skilled. And now I am working as UX Designer with 2 lakh salary per month and also earning 60k per month with part time Martial Art school in Bangalore.

A comment below says that an MBA got a job for Rs 15k/month, whereas his friend, a school dropout, started getting Rs 45k/month by repairing ACs. In USA, parents encourage their children, even when they are in school, to work in their spare time and earn. I fully support Zorba in his suggestion that our education system needs to be reviewed and aligned with the job Market.
