When i had my 10th boards, i was exhausted from studying. I was unable to give up or unable to keep going on. Everyone had high expectations on me because i always topped the class. When i almost gave up, I turned on this video. This gave me a lot of strength. From that day, BTS and especially yoongi helped me alot with my anxiety. Btw, I scored 94.6% in my boards. I felt like I could've done better but I was happy. I hardwork paid off. I topped the school and my parents were happy. Thank you Yoongi💜 ARMY

My tears dry out and I listened to them. I will never forget that day that BTS saved me. I still have worst days and high functioning anxiety but I know where to find words of encouragement and comfort . I owe kindness to myself
I think about it sometimes too but keep in mind that once you do it, it’s permanent and if you can’t do it for you. Do it for ARMY and your family Or pets. We love you and would never want a fellow ARMY to do something that you would instantly regret

the best part about yoongi is that he keeps it 100% real. when he says you don't need to do anything extraordinary in order to get better, it is true. is something I've grown to learn in my own battles. truth is once you start fighting you do not fight bears everyday. someday it's just like chasing a butterfly. it's a process that can be long but the more you put yourself down because you're not seeing progress, the more your goal gets far from reach. and I know we get pressured so much about getting better in so little time that it becomes the standard but the best gift you can give yourself is starting to self congratulate every achievement you make, no matter how small it is. its not easy to get a grip on it at first but once you start, everything will seem easier progressively. Im pansexual, have mental handicaps, and depression, and my father just invalidated all lgbtq+ thinks depression is fake, supports albiest acts, is racist towards asians (even though im literally asian on my moms side) and alot of other stuff we just argued about. im so upset right now and i really needed this. sorry for the small rant thing. I wrote over 70k ranting but still needed someone to just say it will be alright.
i didnt wanna write my current weeks unit test cuz i was so drained from everything and these tests grades dont even matter and i wanted to take a break from endless tests.. but my parents threw harsh words at me and i cried so bad..i had no one to turn to except yoongi so i searched it up.
I literally searched for his " It's okay to have no dream, you just have to be happy." I need suga comforting words tonight. I can't handle it anymore. I suddenly breakdown and burst into tears, lost it all ㅠ.ㅠ
The first one actually made me break down. All he had to say was "you just keep going. Don't think" and I burst into tears. No one has said that to me, and those were definitely what I wanted to hear at that moment and even right now. Yoongi is the kind of teacher that everyone wants and nobody gets. In the US especially, the education system is solely based on standardized testing and throwing piles of homework on top of us and expecting us to be able to do it. Majority of kids in the US say that high school were the worst years of their lives. Which I can 1000% agree with. If you think about it.. America has some of the worst student support systems in the world (of course others have worse too) All students have councilors to help them but whenever we’re upset we are told to basically suck it up and deal with it. Yoongi would probably be the most understanding parent.. a lot of parents don’t see the honest struggle we have in school but I imagine he would be that kind of dad that would help you instead of yelling at you for not finishing an assignment.
I wanna have a dream and make it happen like other normal beings do (achieving something big make you happy, right?..). I'm gonna be 20 in a couple of weeks and I still struggle... I have zero understanding about what I like and who tf I am. I don't want to grow up. Don't want to feel pain... Why was I born? Wtf should I do now? Going to uni, working in a company? Sigh... I'm jealous of these people in poor countries. They're busy trying to survive & don't get depressed
