Yeah it really is. Im preparing for a national boxing tournament “Golden Gloves” in the states and is 5 days 1 fight each day, and just boxing. This gave me so much inspiration. 3 fights in 1 fight of kickboxing is crazy. Soreness on another level

speaking from experience, shark tank is some of the scariest and empowering workouts that can be implemented into training camp, the horror coming from knowing the deep darkness you have to call through to make it to the end and the empowerment coming from the realization of how much cardio and adversity you have on top of the support that builds as the shark tank rounds go on.

Amazing video! The last training bit was grueling & even tho it was a lot of physical movements that to me was more of a mental exercise. To push through and give a little bit more even if you feel done. Also shoutout to that training gym, the energy was incredible. Felt very powerful at the end watching the whole gym be into the exercise and clapping once izzy pushed through. Amazing stuff. Excited for Saturday!

You noticed it too, eh? Using the left hand to hide his right, and then he follows up with it to hit the head. I think if he mixes that up with some leg kicks and body shots we'll see Alex wither away. He also needs to apply some forward pressure and not let Alex dictate the spacing of the fight.
@@Exbo9000 I noticed the night of the fight. Hopefully his team warned him about this, 1-2 that's it. Besides the fact that Alex sets his left hook by throwing jabs into his opponents' chest before going for the kill. Izzy has all the tools to win this fight if he dictates the pace.

There is a big difference between a training camp and having a lot of teammates cheering for you to keep going, but it's a completely different game when you're facing your worst nightmare on a one-on-one, without the cheers.
