@@joshysami5797 bro I used a spoon to get some leverage and i broke all the plastic bits off 😬 so in the end we layed the washing machine on its side and removed the filter from underneath. Just have to unscrew it.
@@izebdeh sometimes the stuff in the filter stops it turning especially with this type of filter! I have had to take the whole pump out before so I get into it annoying but works fine afterwards

I had the same code all I did is turned it off for 10mins.... turn it on to Rinse & Drain... it was fixed
