How to pre-process Seaweed

In this video, Silverson demonstrates how our mixers can be used for pre-processing of Seaweed.
Using a Pilot Disintegrator Plant, after the seaweed is washed it can be added straight into the vessel where the Bottom Entry mixer rapidly reduces it down to small pieces. The In-Line mixer is then started, further reducing the seaweed down into a uniform slurry.
Depending on the type of seaweed being processed, a solid content of 60% or more can be achieved using Silverson High Shear mixers.
