When I first smelled the original Flowerbomb, I thought “This is okay. It’s smells like a pretty girl and that’s about it.” When I smelled Dew, I thought “Mmm… how refreshing. I’d really like this in the spring.” When I smelled Nectar, I thought “Hot damn! This is so weird and intriguing and I love it.”
One thing about the original Flowerbomb (really the whole line) that I appreciate is the idea of the sweet and smooth patchouli. I despise patchouli, but I appreciate what it adds in this line.
I will eventually purchase a travel spray of Ruby Orchid to try out. To my nose, the original Flowerbomb actually doesn’t pack a punch. It’s very discrete and blends into the background. Nectar screams at me all day and I love it, lol.
I trust your opinion a lot. I actually feel Punk’d, lol, because I commented one time asking you about a comparison I made to Jessica Simpson‘s Fancy. You said that it only smelled like gardenia to you and now that’s literally all I can smell every time I spray it. Even though I am not a huge fan of gardenia, I think it might go good on a spring day if I’m wearing white or a jean jacket. But you definitely awakened my nose to that note 😹
Nectar was definitely one that took me time to love! The first time I smelled it I thought what the heck is this?! 😆😂 but it’s a good one!
Sometimes all it takes is someone mentioning a note for us to suddenly pick it up 😆😂 It’s happened to me before too 🥰

I love the Midnight and the 🥰🥰🥰Dew😍😍😍...actually much better than the original. I hope to smell the Ruby Orchid soon. 😁😁😁
I recently tested this one in Sephora & loved it immediately. You do get some of the original FB DNA but it was a little more fruity & smoother to my nose. I have the OG, & Nectar in my collection & prefer the Nectar over the OG but once I smelled this one I liked it slightly more than the other 2.
Does it last long ?
I have been using the flower bomb nectar, it’s my favorite, every where I go people say that I smell good, and what perfume do I use

I read on a review that people layer this with Pink Chiffon from bath and body works (read on Soku London’s review if this).
Orchid does have scented varieties and it's kind of sweet and spicy.

I don’t think there’s a fragrance I’ve given more chances and tried to like more than Flowerbomb but it’s just not for me. I don’t understand why it’s so loved either. I do love Flowerbomb Midnight. I’ll try this latest flanker too! It seems the most like me. Also….looooove your makeup like always 😍😍😍😍

Considering buyin the 5 oz bottle for my collection. I only collect limited editions so the 5 oz has been on my radar since it’s release but I never got the chance to smell it. I’m hoping it’s close to the original because the original is my absolute favorite. Thanks for the review
I didn’t like it enough to justify the $225 plus tax even if it was something that I’d never actually wear. It reminded me of the Viktor and Rolf unisex lavender and iris fragrance. Seems like they mixed that with flowerbomb and tried to give it a new name. 😔. I guess I’ll never have a Viktor and Rolf in my L.E collection.

Happy new year! I was so excited when I heard about Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid and I thought the bottle was beautiful, but I tried it at Sephora and just didn't like it at all. I also don't like Flowerbomb Nectar which is supposed to be similar. I do love the original Flowerbomb, and I just tried Flowerbomb Dew which I think is beautiful. There is something for everyone in the Flowerbomb line!

It smells so good . When I smelled it in the store I walked away like damn why did I buy this it’s not all that ( I had been smelling so man perfumes my nose wasn’t picking up on it how it should ) but when I got homeeeee babyyyh it smells sooo good .It smells like a more mature but sweet smell . Love it ! I love powdery scents !!!

It was a miss for me. The scent didn't even last an hour. I returned my bottle.
I couldn't do the original flowerbomb but I love nectar. I think I would love the ruby orchid!!

How is the longevity on you? I sprayed it on me at Sephora and I feel like I couldn’t smell anything after a few minutes ;(
I would say the longevity is moderate. It definitely lasts longer than some of my perfumes but it isn’t the longest lasting. 🥰
I also can not smell it anymore after a few minutes.....

I hated flower bomb since it gave me a headache. I love sweet, vanilla slightly floral scents. So I think I’m gonna try this out

I want to love Flowerbomb but I can’t smell it - it’s too soft and weak for my chemistry. Same with nectar. Same with Orchid. Sensual Amber from BBW performs much better. I don’t get it! I’m looking for something to layer so it pops off my skin - I will try BonBon.
Wow! Our skin and nose reacts so different to each fragrance.. I found nectar really strong the first time I tried it and I hated it. Now I have it and love it 😆☺️

I have never been a fan of flower bomb. All of the versions different scents I smelled have never appealed to me. I'd still be willing to give this one a try. But I'm more interested in the new Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire rose rose rose that's going to release this year. It's supposed to be fruity and almondy.

I have smelled butter peach at Sephora and I REALLY DISLIKED that scent. 😣 it’s not for me. I think Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid is much better. It’s sweeter, more feminine, and girly. ☺️
