Love watching your video. Since you said about drinking coffee followed by green tea. Have you tried mixing them. I seen an article about it where it removes the bitter taste. I do it sometimes. Just an interesting idea for you to try if you want.
April marks three months of daily yoga for me --- really excited to keep going for the whole year, and seeing tons of results already, but it can be hard to keep the faith sometimes. Thanks for sharing content about your journey! I rewatched your video on completing the year and it's been helping me stay inspired ❣
Hi Alexandra! I definitely want to make more language content and currently collecting good resources! So far my main sources are Chinese pod and Duolingo :)
Salut Mollie, je viens ajouter un peu de français à ta journée. Tes vidéos sont géniales. A la fois relaxantes et enrichissantes 👌 Je te souhaite une excellente journée. Namaste 🙏
Glad you are here! I practice daily, and I am still figuring out the duration of my overall practice, sometimes it’s 20min, sometimes it’s closer to 1,5-2hrs. But to be honest the practice started staying with me even off the mat which is definitely my goal, so it’s hard to tell when it ends :) Namaste 🙏🏻
Caramelised nuts are great, especially with sweet spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and a little black pepper on. They're something we have in the winter and they're great with a hot cocoa or black coffee
Fellow human doing (from crazy metaverse world) says hi ! Loved the “don’t forget to breathe” part, reminded me of that Alexi Murdoch’s song, much needed indeed these days. Thanks for sharing those vlogs, keep rocking 🤘
The pull ups will happen! I remember my first pull up happened when I was not consciously trying. It was like the last step was a psychological one rather than a physical one.
i appreciate the video very much, its interesting how different a day vlog feels. bands are great they allow enough volume to receive the benefits throughout the whole motion. i am always hesitant to practice my hand stands because i dont like the wall and cant yet balance well upside down. i may just work crow more idk. i love candied nuts i made almonds with vanilla bean in the sugar it was fire. i relate to how joy can be hard to recognize. being present with my self has always had periods when awareness though out my regular routine can leave my idiosyncrasies exposed both good and bad, this has been the best time to practice earnest self love. on paper have fear i am- a chaotic pedantic mess. in life and practice- i am an intricate, deeply loving, ardent person. that is who i see... most of the time..lol. much love- namaste
Thank you so much for sharing, it’s always a pleasure to read your insights! It’s hard to accept our best and worst version, but I am finding it so important to grow and stay balanced! But balance in your physical practice is definitely a skill that takes practice to acquire, I am sure you’ll get it with consistent practice, crow is a great place to start finding confidence in distributing your body weight! Hope you are doing well! Namaste 🙏🏻
Hi Mollie, found your channel! I'm interested in practicing yoga. Thank you for the video! I use to be a hardcore gym goer. Recently, I have been mentally and physically been struggling , no motivation to get fit or go to the gym, plus if I do go to the gym to workout I get really bored. Do you have any tips or suggestions on how to start yoga?
Hi Louis! Thank you for sharing! I can totally resonate with that shift of intention behind your fitness, I will definitely make a more detailed video on how to start, but for now you can explore different TH-cam yoga classes (I have a video with suggestions) /or live classes. I would say to really see how it affects you, consistency is key ( even if it’s 20 min a day ). Honestly it’s such a special feeling to discover this space within you :) Namaste 🙏🏻
The present moment statement could a bit misleading because we are not present precisely because there is discomfort in the present moment. The present moment does not equal bliss. When we are in bliss or having fun or playing we don’t have to “force” ourselves to be present, why? Because we are enjoying. So if been in the present moment is hard is not because we want to be in the future is because our present emotions feel uncomfortable so we have to slow down, breathe and let them pass.

I love your videos! Just wondering, how often do you practice yoga, and for how long are your sessions usually?
