If you follow the instructions carefully and correctly everything will work just fine, thats including the ear buds. I think they are really worth a lot more than what they cost

The app doesn't work, to change the home screen on the watch. I've tried restarting my phone but it's the same, the app isn't the best when it comes to customizing the home screen, the headphones are a bit loose they do fall out of my ears, but the sound quality is good
How do you reset it to the very beginning so you can start all over when I turn it on it goes straight to a phone number password and I don't know what that is I didn't put it in the in the watch every time I turn it on it goes straight to it so how do you reset the phone to factory reset so I can start from the very beginning

Okay I bought this from Tina I mainly got it for the earbuds and the earbuds to me are fine I cannot get out of military time that's the only problem I have found with it other than that it's an okay watch to start out

On main watch face press and hold for a couple of seconds then a few watch faces will appear choose one and press determine
