This one has been my favorite so far. You could see all the love in this house. It's a mystery why it's been abandoned but most likely the cost of all the maintenance it needed. But why they left everything is also a mystery. Thanks bigbankz for showing this beautiful mansion.
Read what you said, and decided not to watch any further. One thing I've been taught early on is to have nothing to do with. The whole place is demonized.
The upstairs makes me sad. As we age things pile up & get away from us. Each year we need to be downsizing. Thank you for this video! Congrats on your engagement. Watching from Louisiana.
Hello from Saudi Arabia! Thank you for doing your research on the history of these abandoned properties. It’s heartbreaking to see these houses slowly deteriorating, longing for the love and life that used to call this place home. Also congratulations on your engagement!🎉
This is such a beautiful home with lots of memories left behind!! The instrument is a Baritone and the wooden item you asked about is a Spinning Wheel. It was used to make yarn and thread from sheep’s wool. Congratulations on your engagement!! Blessings to you and your fiancé!! ❤
This is my very favorite house....I am a Victorian fanatic and this is absolutely gorgeous....it's a spinning wheel....very antique....wonderful house!!
My mom and I have been watching your series for a few months. I think we have watched every episode. We were without power for almost 11 days in Georgia after hurricane Helene. It was so hard to hang on to hope that we would ever receive lights and normalcy again but one thing that kept giving us hope was the day we would be able to watch Big Banks again. We got power back today and there is a new episode! Thank you! God bless!
I sincerely enjoy all of your storytelling adventures. It's so cool to see these houses inside. Wonderful! I also like how respectful you all are! Take care & be careful out there!!
The coke toy in the master bedroom is a toy coke dispenser, like the kind that used to be used by soda fountains in drug stores and cafes. I remember them from the 60's.
Watching from Washington State. Loved this big old house. Can you imagine going through all the stuff that is in this house?! I love it. Too bad someone doesn't go in and save all of that history. Thanks for taking us on another great tour!
I ❤ the Bible verses at the beginning more than I can say. This abandoned home was absolutely incredible! Usually, when homes have been abandoned as long as this one, the home starts deteriorating rapidly. This one has held up rather well despite the length of time being abandoned. Apparently you should yourself proposing to you fiance made me tear up, that was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing that! ☺️
Ohhh Carter…I absolutely loved this gorgeous home!!! The entry way with its breathtaking wood work was my absolute favorite!!! The built in seating, decor & marble flooring throughout were so perfect & timely!!! The antique wood furniture, medal beds, banister, stained glass windows, wainscoting, door & window casings were phenomenal!!! I loved the walk in closet for its day…what a high light👍🙏❤️ Sooo many treasured features!!! I pray someone saves this beautiful place before it’s too late 😔😥 Congratulations to you on your engagement! I wish you & your fiancé the very best 👍🙏💕 Thank you for sharing this wonderful adventure with us…I loved it 👍🙏❤️

@@BigBankz YOUR #1 #FACTS I WROTE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING AND HAVE A COUPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW YOU DO IT WITHOUT GETTING INTO TROUBLE, THANKS @BIGBANKZ
I feel like the room with 2 beds was when the husband was sick so the wife moved into room to take care of him in a separate bed because the one bed had safety rails. This was such a great find Banks! No graffiti or pilfering... its almost like you're the first one to find it! Thank you for sharing... I'm in Virginia
Hello there Big Bankz, I have just started watching your abandoned video's, I am loving them & seeing how the other half lived in Mansions that I can only dream of owning, I do have a lot to get through so many hours of watching. I have tuned in from Brisbane Australia & with the amount of homeless people here it's sad to see so many places going to waste, I truly hope that someone will one day save these beautiful homes so that the next generation maybe enjoy the beauty & history.
Watching from St. .Louis Missouri I recognized a lot of those old antiques. My aunts had that stuff when they weren’t antiques! I’m 66 so I recall seeing t that stuff in their houses when I was about 10 so like 1968.
What a find, I think I can feel the love just from you being there. Congratulations on your engagement and wish you many years of happiness. I’ve been married for 55 years to the same man and still going strong. When you find your special partner the years just fly by. Greetings from Massachusetts! ❤❤
Watching from 🇨🇦. Great video Bankz! I think one of my favorite spots in the Victorian home was the little sitting area upstairs with the sewing machine, lamp and chair. I loved the brightness coming in and thought it'd be great to sit and read with a cuppa tea. Take care, kim
Love this house. My favorite part is the black and white checkered floors. I'm a huge Mackenzie childs fan and the black and white is their biggest sale items.

This house is stunning. All the antique furniture are breathtaking. This is my favorite house so far. It’s so sad that everything is going to rot. Thank you for sharing ❤.
What a beautiful mansion. It is always so sad that places like this are left to decay. You would think that there are some family members around but I guess they don't want the house. Thanks for the tour.
The hand made quilts and the Singer sewing machines wow ! I can only imagine the time spent on making them for those huge beds. (I have been quilting for my family ) and find them incredible and beautifully made, they really are a keep item made with love for years to come. (From Australia noticed the boomerang in all colours at the entrance) This treasure castle made me almost cry ……..and smile .
That piece of wood furniture at 3:38 by the front door is an antique hall tree. I have one in my home. And I LOVE that black & white flooring!!!! And congratulations! So happy for you!

You would think that they would sell some of the antique furniture and other stuff to get money for repairs. Looks like they were hoarders.
I think they died. Not that they just took off somewhere else. Maybe they don't have any descendants.
There was a wheelchair and they were smokers. I would guess they both passed away. They didn't move and leave everything.
@@SurfCityBillcompletely agree.
Makes you wonder if that’s why they up and moved. Ouija boards are nothing to mess around with.
