Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while. I've been working on my mental health (and I still am) so I don't know when the next video will be. It could be a month or it could be years again. I still want to continue making videos though. Hopefully this video was worth the wait. Thanks for being patient with me.
The fact that Pearl is more smoothly modelled and well-animated than the other characters is so surreal yet shows that Pamtri has improved his animation skills. There has to be some sort of hidden meaning/story behind this.
Something is so uncanny about the mix of really bad animation, and good animation, the mix of cartoon sounds, and realistic foley, and the constant mood shifts. What a masterpiece.
The most viscerally unnerving part of this video for me was 8:36 when Karen was so shocked by the kidnapping of her husband that she obeyed the physics of solid objects and opened the door while walking through it.
Pamtri no matter how long you take to upload, this is content for free that we're getting. Never feel bad. You don't owe us anything. I hope you get well soon and I will stick around in the future as well as I did in the past :)
dude, the creepiest part about this is that Pamtri gave Sponge a whole fucking walk animation when he was moving the fish to the meat grinder. so fucking uncanny, I've never seen him do that before
That surprisingly got dark really fast, The fact that the lore was that Mr. Krabs was forcing SpongeBob to kill bottomites and turn them into meat just so he could feed his daughter Pearl to survive is truly twisted. And now that both SpongeBob and Krabs are dead Pearl can’t seem to live anymore since she has trouble moving truly sad and dark at the same time.
That’s right. The thing about Pearl in this video is where I believe it’s based on the episode “Growth Spouts”, but this time, she’s given a room behind the Krystal Krab’s office where she only sees programs on the television while she lies overburdened and fused to the floor from her growth spurts, because she seemed forced by Mr. Krabs to remain satiated in order to grow larger to the point that he’ll probably, with the assistance of SpongeBob, harvest his daughter to satisfy his economic hunger. After their deaths at the hands of the police, Pearl was still watching her program, breathing heavily until her starvation put her out of her misery and ended her days of the torment that her father forced her body into.
This was both entertaining and horrifying. Pearl was so disjointed from the rest of the stiff, primitive-based models, breathing like a heaving monster and modeled like a full character. And that ending was just surreal, and felt like it was from a different universe. The camera's also incredible, using different shot techniques to really sell the feeling of uneasiness. Also that gag with Santiago being late so the plot could progress, lmao
I don't know which season it was, probably the latest? but basically when Spongebob started having brigther colors and very detailed animation to the point that its wacky. I stopped watching cause it.. well.. to bright and wacky and goofy, ti the point that its annoying. Though, I'll be honest, there are actually still some good jojes and gags in the newer episodes.
I wasn't expecting this to be based on more than one episode but seeing Pearl in the ending broke my heart. Without saying a line of dialogue, Pamtri managed to capture the feeling of someone losing hope and resigning to their fate. Her father is no longer providing her the nutrition she needs to stay alive. In fact, she probably believes he abandoned her for being a burden on him. And she can't help herself since she is unable to move at all. But what makes it even more heartbreaking is how the actual episode ends. What eventually helps Pearl recover from her growth spurt was food made with love. And it goes without saying that there's no love in just grounding up innocent creatures into meat while also stealing their cash. Even if Mr. Krabs is still doing this out of love like in the episode it's based on, it's not what Pearl needed. He didn't take the time to make something out of love. He instead resorted to the cheapest (and most inhumane) thing he could do, putting his love for money over his daughter. And unlike that episode, there is no resolution. Pearl is doomed to die a slow and painful death.
I only noticed after reading your comment that Pearl stopped breathing at the end. Every time I come back to this video I see more and more how in Pamtri’s absence, they’ve become a really frickin good animator. The new cop fish looking like an actual 3D version of the one from the show as opposed to the other bikini bottom citizens (they were made in 2017 or so), HD Pearl, the meat, and the realistic water at the end symbolizing how Pearl likely felt in her last few days after Krabs’ death: so far away from anything, it was as if the room she was in was floating out in the middle of the ocean far away from society.
Three months late to the party, but I didn't expect the final scene with Pearl to hit me as much in the feels as it did. Her watching that video, which someone else in the comments recognized as a woman with depression back in the 1950s (I think I might be remembering wrong) staying inside for about three weeks at a time just really crushed me, knowing that she must have dealt isolated in a similar manner. Who even knows how long she has been in there at that point? Santiago said he was two days late, but Bikini Bottom acts strangely in this universe, with SpongeBob seemingly being able to manipulate reality in one episode. The most heartbreaking part to me is realizing that she probably starved, which, needless to say, is extremely painful. And going alone, no matter the way you do, sounds really depressing. The worst part is when you think about it, it starts to get darker when you think about Pearl's situation and what it would be like to be in it. I could go into more detail, but I just don't know how to put the way it made me feel into words and this comment is already very long, I think. I know I hate reading long comments. So, I will just try to explain it in a single sentence that keeps popping into my brain, as cheesey as that might sound: She's alive but never got to live a life. (Edit: Something horrifying I just realized is that if Plankton told the police, Pearl might've had a chance to survive after Krabs was taken away. Sure, he might not have had that in mind, but he probably would've mentioned Pearl because he knew about it. Sadly, he was captured, so Karen simply told the police about Plankton being kidnapped. Nobody even knew where Pearl was. If Krabs didn't put his love for money first (which is probably why he was grinding up citizens instead of buying or making Pearl food) she could've had a chance at life. If Plankton, her dad's arch nemesis, didn't get caught by her dad, Pearl could've lived, probably in a much more loving home if taken in by someone after her dad was arrested.)
by far the most intriguing and disturbing thing to me was Pearl. in these types of videos, “why” usually is the wrong question to ask, but I cannot help but wonder. why is Pearl like that? is she being kept there? is she sick? what’s up with her eye, tongue and breathing? happy you’re back man, it’s been a minute.
I think it's meant to be a reference to another Spongebob episode where Pearl was going through a growth spurt and was constantly asking Krabs to feed her - this just took it to its logical extreme.
Whales are mammals she’s weak from not being fed enough smaller animals during her growth spurt so she’s dying of starvation & wasting at the end because no one is around to feed her. In this parody of the inspired episodes Mr Krabs is willing to kill a limitless amount of people if it means keeping his daughter alive
Seeing the way you portrayed pearl genuinely gave me a sense of dread. It made my mind wonder so much about her situation. What is going on in her mind?, how long has she been like this? Does she know what she's being fed? Absolute masterpiece man, great work 👏
There is an episode of SpongeBob where pearl has a growth spurt that caused her to grow big and unable to move. She just lays there begging to be fed more. (It ended with her eating a Krabby Patty and ending it because the food was made out of love) It's the same situation here but darker, so she starved to death at the end there
@@y.9645 I almost forgot about that episode! dam that makes the end pretty awful to to think about, especially just by following the expression in her eye in the end as it goes from fear and panic after hearing the people feeding her are dead and nobody knows where she is, to somewhat acceptance as she looks back at the tv.
I think one thing that seems to be overlooked is the fact that death actually seems to have an impact or meaning in this episode, at least to me. With most of these episodes, SpongeBob or Patrick or whoever else stars in the video end up dying one way or another, only to be right back in the next episode with no form of explanation whatsoever, and it's just treated as a normal thing. I love it when a creator doesn’t post for years and then all the sudden they spontaneously post a new video out of the blue with no prior announcement Also DAMN his animation got a major glow up in the ending, that makes it even creepier
This is an Oscar worthy masterpiece. This is a cinema. This is peak animation and the content we need more of on this platform. It was worth the wait. Thank you for the amazing creations, Pamtri.
I literally just fished binging all your videos a few days ago! Thanks for the upload and all the hard work you’ve done! EDIT: after watching, this was totally awesome
Haven't watched Pamtree in AGES and this really blew me away. The amount of storytelling here is beyond everything from 2018. And really nice to see the legend himself, Santiago, appear again
They're back! I read their comment and hope they're doing alright. As much as I love their unhinged surreal humor, I hope they're taking care of themselves.
After almost 2 years... what a video to come back to. Well worth the wait, indeed. We missed ya, Pamtri. For your mental health or any future vids, take all the time you need.
I never thought I would be more proud to watch this. I have watched his videos for over 3 years (yes I did) usually when you come back to watch pamtri it’s like a friend you haven’t met in years that has (dark) but great humor get progressively funnier each minute you hang out with them
4:36 It's kind of haunting that Karen specifically says "be careful". She knew about SpongeBob's plan to gas everyone. Maybe she predicted it from analyzing everyone's behaviors.
Absolutely fucking loved this one. The storyline was crazy and easy to follow, and i felt too many emotions. I love the weird/zany/scary/offputting/anxious and uneasy feel. Nonetheless, the video was genuinely humorous at times, and the ending made me feel like something was ripped from me, it felt like a hopeless scene. Love your classic surrealism on the channel as usual, and I love seeing my favorite cartoons as a child be portrayed in such a way. Thanks for posting again man, Ive missed you.
This was quite the episode. I am glad you are back! This episode has been the most surreal, terrifying, and funny episode you have done so far. I hope to see more content soonish.

@@leandro88888 Thanks! But jesus christ, that was A LOT darker than I was expecting. (kind of fitting, but still...) As for the music, I'm thinking it might be original made by pamtri himself. So maybe someone can rip the audio, or he could release it himself eventually
Loved this, it's a masterpiece, peak Pamtri; you've come so far as a surreal horror comedy parody artist, and this shows it. Exciting, funny and disturbing all at once; great work.
Wow! I am blown away by the drastic improvement in anamation style Pamtri has made. I was getting invested in the story! Lol. I wouldn’t be against a part 2😅
I recently cut off contact from one of my only close friends and have been feeling extremely bad for most of the month, I've been watching your videos ever since I was in early middle school and have actually made a few friends by showing others your content. Seeing that you're open to the idea of making more content honestly made my day lmao, take all the time off that you need man, and thanks for everything!
This was both so Terrifying and Awesome to see. Ever Since SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs are dead, Pearl can't live anymore without them and is all alone making that ending so sad and dark. This was really worth the wait and take all the time you need Pamtri.
i was wondering how she died but then you said mr.grabs was dead and that reminded me that she cant be fed anymore. so she literally dehydrated and starved to death. when you get dehydrated it gets harder to breathe.
@@LilXancheX And so is Sandy, yet she's not wearing her helmet here. The cartoon logic has always applied with Pamtri, even more so than the actual show.
This is really good, the technique is pretty impressive. I like how pearl is a completely different type of uncanny, the soft edges, detail and smoothness of her contrasts heavily with the simple unshaded cast. When SpongeBob was grinding up the fishes, i hoped he would've blinked, would have given it just that little bit more life and maybe made it more uncanny.
I would watch Pamtri with some of my good friends in middle school, since then, some have moved away, and I am now a senior in high school. I will forever hold these great memories watching these crazy videos with my buddies. Thank you Pamtri for many laughs! Hope you are doing well:)
The best part is that this is how SpongeBob dies. There’s not a “he wasn’t actually dead” plot twist or that he could absorb the bullets or something along those lines, he just straight up dies by making a bad joke before the police get there. XD
I'm just gonna say this, I could really see the effort you put into this, It took a while but hey that was totally worth the wait, you could see how much you've improved while you've been gone and like, 10 minutes of content is not easy, this was extremely impressive pamtri, you did well, cheers
Dude, your health definitely comes first! I have mental health issues, and am a recovering addict, so I know how it is! What's wild is, I've been really working on myself the last two years as well. I now have two years clean, and I just thought about you today. So I haven't watched any of your videos since then. Thanks for posting! Edit: Everybody's saying how his animation has "improved" or "gotten better". I believe he already has great animation skills, but just decided to use the surreal style he does. He just decided to use really good animation to show off the skills he already possessed.
As a 3d animator, I say this part right here 3:41 is the main reason of why you've been missing for 2 years.. It scares me to think of the process of that walk cycle
I like how you made a character verbally acknowledge the fact that the police were always USELESS in the Pamtri universe up until this point despite obviously having to exist

I love it when a creator doesn’t post for years and then all the sudden they spontaneously post a new video out of the blue with no prior announcement
Also DAMN his animation got a major glow up in the ending, that makes it even creepier
A mixture of uncanny horror, sadness, with bits of comedy all in one video.
Welcome back. We all missed you.
This is an Oscar worthy masterpiece. This is a cinema. This is peak animation and the content we need more of on this platform.
It was worth the wait. Thank you for the amazing creations, Pamtri.
I hope you’re doing okay, Pamtri. We’re all here for you!
"Ok be careful."
More concern than Karen ever showed for Plankton in the show
I literally just fished binging all your videos a few days ago! Thanks for the upload and all the hard work you’ve done!
EDIT: after watching, this was totally awesome
He's back!!!
This feels like seeing a old friend in a looong time and then give it a hug
*from Santiago*
*_My body is ready..._*
Hello.
Haven't watched Pamtree in AGES and this really blew me away. The amount of storytelling here is beyond everything from 2018. And really nice to see the legend himself, Santiago, appear again
When the world needed him the most, he returned. The man, the myth, the legend. Welcome back Pamtri!
I have watched his videos for over 3 years (yes I did) usually when you come back to watch pamtri it’s like a friend you haven’t met in years that has (dark) but great humor get progressively funnier each minute you hang out with them
Love the surrealism here omg, watching the original Spongebob scripts derail is always fun. So happy to see a new upload from you 💚!
Task to expect you failed
Oh my god is that actually you anko?
It’s him... the creator of B.O.T.O
@@Cold_Frost41 and a really good musician
4:36 It's kind of haunting that Karen specifically says "be careful". She knew about SpongeBob's plan to gas everyone. Maybe she predicted it from analyzing everyone's behaviors.
or maybe because he always gets hurt after trying to steal the formula?
@@buttons2real
This makes more sense.
People overanalyze cartoons.
@@buttons2realmost likely option
No matter what the weird quality these animations have, I find this moment specifically cool, from a cinematic perspective.
3:30
Honestly pamtri getting way better with animation it’s really expressive
You seem like you're sixteen 😊
8:37 Karen is canonically the only character that can’t phase through walls
i guess robots cant do it, only organic life forms.
@@orthernerdang bro we got the pamtri lore
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Pearl too apparently, she seems to be completely immobile.
Glad you’re back. It’s been a lifetime since the last video and we could all use your signature sense of surreal videos
let it shrivel up and
come on who's with me huh?
Cute pfp :)
We all missed you Pamtri, just know that we are all here to support you, take as much time as you need. Good to see you
I agree ❤
Absolutely fucking loved this one. The storyline was crazy and easy to follow, and i felt too many emotions. I love the weird/zany/scary/offputting/anxious and uneasy feel. Nonetheless, the video was genuinely humorous at times, and the ending made me feel like something was ripped from me, it felt like a hopeless scene. Love your classic surrealism on the channel as usual, and I love seeing my favorite cartoons as a child be portrayed in such a way. Thanks for posting again man, Ive missed you.
6:07 sandy really had to stop her agonizing pain to say she didn’t get a joke
I haven’t seen or been recommended a video from this channel in ages. Good to know the absolute horror and confusion still exists. Grateful for u
Ig thats what the bell is for

Huh
Yooo Karuna. Pamtri ASMR when? 😅
Amongst all the simplistic models, Pearl looking the way she is is jarring in the best way possible-
I just love how they float instead of walk. It makes me laugh every time! And there voices are even funnier!
This was quite the episode. I am glad you are back! This episode has been the most surreal, terrifying, and funny episode you have done so far. I hope to see more content soonish.
It amazing how much Pamtri’s style has evolved while still keeping the classic eerie vibes.
3:41 Can we just talk about how smooth this part was? Like did anyone not notice?
Yeah the Walk Very Smooth I Guess Pamtri Was Animations
@@MarioM3899 out of all of his animations this part seemed to be his best! Never seen any smooth animations in his videos, he really did amazing on this.
@T-R Studios Again fr i also noticed that while commenting this
Do you guys know what the music in the background is, please?
@@FARTSNIFFAA15There are also a few animated moments in “New Student Starfish” as well.
ayo that pearl is going crazy when mr krabs and spongebob are died that only pearl is left
This is the most well animated pamtri video ever. especially the walk at 3:43
Edit: SpongeBob has gotten way more violent since the pamtri experience
9:36 I like how the fish points out about the continuity
6:06 The funniest part.
I don’t get it
*proceeds to die*
Good ol Pamtri making something deeply unsettling yet quite entertaining.
So many years passed and I still laughing until I cry everytime I see your videos. Missed you so much, pamtri.
11:28 the visuals and the ambience are actually so good
Does anyone know the music? Or what Pearl was watching on television?
@@paul_particularlyunhappynut I wish I knew
@@ThatGuyErazo same. guess ill just have to wait for one of those analysis videos

IDK the soundtrack sorry...
@@leandro88888 Thanks! But jesus christ, that was A LOT darker than I was expecting. (kind of fitting, but still...)
As for the music, I'm thinking it might be original made by pamtri himself. So maybe someone can rip the audio, or he could release it himself eventually
Loved this, it's a masterpiece, peak Pamtri; you've come so far as a surreal horror comedy parody artist, and this shows it. Exciting, funny and disturbing all at once; great work.
6:16 Sandy dies! Yo that got really dark there!
yea but the "i dont get it" kinda made it less scary, but thats what i like about pamtri,
Seeing that you're open to the idea of making more content honestly made my day lmao, take all the time off that you need man, and thanks for everything!

you dont need friends to live so why do you feel bad?

Can we all appreciate Pamtri's improvement? LOOK AT THE WALKING ANIMATION FOR SPONGEBOB
Such a huge improvement both in animating and storytelling, it feels so well made. I hope everything will be great for Pamtri's mental situation
Surreal and funny, with eerily beautiful animating for Pearl. Great work as always.
@@FreeAimDogif you look at Pearl’s chest at the end, you can actually see she stopped breathing
@@FreeAimDog she’s literally in the ocean...
@@LilXancheX And so is Sandy, yet she's not wearing her helmet here. The cartoon logic has always applied with Pamtri, even more so than the actual show.
I love how the dialogue and overall action has improved while still keeping your characteristic lines and tone. This was very well done.
100% worth the 2 year wait, i always love the mix of surrealism and comedy you do here, and this is your best video yet.
Although this video is a meme, the walking animation at 3:45 is impressive.
8:47 “666 years remaining”
Oh god…
did it really took that long-?
6:00 that "I don't get it" should not have made me laugh as much as it did
I like how the characters are starting to act more Normal then usual if that makes sense lol, questioning the weird things that go on and such.
I honestly thought I was the only one who wanted this channel to come back lmao good job keeping the aesthetic and look of the series consistent
you deserve atleast a million subscribers for all your hard work, and what you’re going through. I hope you can feel better
I would watch Pamtri with some of my good friends in middle school, since then, some have moved away, and I am now a senior in high school. I will forever hold these great memories watching these crazy videos with my buddies. Thank you Pamtri for many laughs! Hope you are doing well:)
Holy crap, a full episode! You went out of your way for this one!
When the world needed him the most…
He returned.
Hilarious and original
@@handsomegrinch6279 Yeah, I’m aware that the joke isn’t funny, but fitting for the occasion, isn’t it?
9:15 This had me laughing the hardest I have in a long time. That cop is so epic too
The best part is that this is how SpongeBob dies. There’s not a “he wasn’t actually dead” plot twist or that he could absorb the bullets or something along those lines, he just straight up dies by making a bad joke before the police get there. XD
@@masterwolfgaming3436 he’ll be fine lol
@@thegreeter7027 I know, I just think it’s funny that one of the “antagonists” of the video dies from something unrelated to the main story.

I'm just gonna say this, I could really see the effort you put into this, It took a while but hey that was totally worth the wait, you could see how much you've improved while you've been gone and like, 10 minutes of content is not easy, this was extremely impressive pamtri, you did well, cheers
agreed
PUFFY?!?!
I absolutely love the uncanny hyper-realism Pearl has, I hope to see more of it in the future
Combine them with Pamtri's mental health and thats probably why he doesnt upload for 2 years
10:05 is actually kinda sad in a weird twisted sort of way. Mr. Krabs making a last ditch effort to save his daughter. 😢
He's saving his daughter cheaply. He could buy her food, but he would rather kill his customers and steal their money instead
I like how you made a character verbally acknowledge the fact that the police were always USELESS in the Pamtri universe up until this point despite obviously having to exist
We love you pamtri. Watched you since your first video came out ❤️ glad to even see you. Hope you do what you gotta do.
