I’ve suffered with the post nasal drip allergies thing for yeaaaars (I’m 32) all that really helps is spicy foods...do a Mexican feast or East Indian night..... shower with eucalyptus actually hanging in your shower or have it in a dehumidifier in the room at all times and also gargle with warm salt water before bed you’ll be good as new in a couple days if not sooner. Luv from Canada !!🥰
Mullein helps! I get so much mucus bc I’m not suppose to eat dairy and I took a few drops omg life changing! I was congested for about a week and that helped. It’s natural

I’ve have the worst post nasal drip for a few years now, especially since the summer started. An acid reducer, some mucinex and Lemon ginger tea really helps me.
My husband and I have been together 21 years, we actually don't make a big deal out of our wedding anniversary but we go all out for the anniversary of the day we got together ❤

I had made a little memo on the cell phone i used to have at the time but that's the only place it was recorded and the phone broke not long after. So we haven't known the date we started dating for most of our relationship lol. We just pick a convenient weekend near the end of March and celebrate that 🖤💖💜

For 26 years I have always had only my tips painted and always a different color. Occasionally I will have the full nail on my ring fingers painted a different color. Seattle nail techs back in 1995 thought it was odd 😂

I’m going through the SAME thing with post nasal drip and antibiotics did nothing. Cardio activity is the only thing helping it clears the nasal passage
yes!! my allergies are wild right now bc we have to keep the windows open in the pacific northwest bc we dont have central AC in our homes, so the allergens are awful right now, and the only think lately that's been helping me is jumping on my rebounder or cardio exercises to get everything moving. lol weird but it does make me feel better!

I hope you feel better Ryland! I am also having post nasal allergy issues. It is the worst! Get some vaporub inhalers! They are little concentrated vaporub sticks, the size of chapstick, that you can inhale whenever needed. Helps me alot! ❤️
Hey Ryland! I’ve had post nasal drip so many times and I think putting a couple drops of eucalyptus in your shower and inhaling the steam really helps calm down the throat and clear up the nose. It also helps the coughing. At least that’s what helps me. 💛

My parents just got divorced three years ago when I just turned 21 and they hate each other. Lizzie is not wrong when she says it still hurts when one parent says they hate the other, when you are 50% them. Both of my parents said that about each other and it made me and my brother feel like shit. Hate the karjenners all you want but she’s right about the grace of their coparenting
Have had the same problem and me ear, nose and throat specialist said to do nasal washes and as annoying as they are, they really work. Hope you feel better soon!❤
For allergies- i had the same issue in march. Turns out my inner ear tubes were inflamed from allergies as well. Post nasal drip, coughing. My doc put me on Zyrtec daily along with Flonase - both are over the counter. Its helped me :)
I have this all day every day all year long.. due to chronic sinusitis so i highly recommend saline rinse.. i do the packets and purified or distilled water and use a netty pot from walgreens. feel better soon!! I rinse like this twice a day DAILY!

ive had post nasal drip multiple times a year. Gargle with warm salt water as needed if you start feeling your snot leak into your throat/when you’re congested. Other than that, I just treat the symptoms as needed (Claritin or Zyrtec-generic of those too is good.) I also take those to prevent post nasal drip but that was something my doctor recommended, so I’d say discuss it with your doctor. Hope you feel better 🙂

Sound exactly like how Everyone in my house 2 weeks ago was sick with like a post nasal drip situation but it all started from a virus that is apperently going around, we has sore throats, then allergy post nasal drip situations going on, then felt so nauseated and wouldn't let up till finally throwing up, then had the posy nasal drip going on again till the next week. It was terrible pretty much 2 weeks sick and I have a 1 year old, 5 year old, 16 year old then my fiancé who is 34 and me 29 all sick with the same symptoms it was terrible and a personal hell situation for almost 2 full weeks.
Brother in law, a bunch of my friends, myself, and my husband ALL have been dealing with worsened allergies and post nasal drop issues this Summer. A huge contributor is all the smoke from the fires here in the PNW. It just keep getting worse every Summer, air quality is going down even if we cannot see it. Wear a mask outdoors that actually filters that stuff out, buy some HEPA rated filters/air purifiers for the inside of your house. Even just for one room, have a dedicated "clean air" room you can escape to for a while.
Drink hot peppermint tea Ryland! The stronger the better. Also fill a big bowl with boiling hot water and lean your face OVER the bowl with a towel draped over the back of your head to capture the steam so you can breathe it in, deep through your nose. For extra rub Vicks on ur chest neck while steaming.
💯💯💯 on the point Lizze said about putting her program before x, y and z. As a person who is a friend of Louis I have to put my own program and hp before everything...period. I know for me personally because I have more awareness now about how my program works I know it's better to do that because I too notice my life gets way more complicated if I do not put my program first. ❤❤❤
Honestly this is what I needed today because my dog slammed my nose and I just nose surgery back in November. (I’m still healing) had to go back to my doctor, and he popped my bone back in place and now I’m annoyed because I have a cast on my nose and can’t really do anything to get me out of my slump.. 😂
I know this was 2 weeks ago but .. Ryland if you buy organic local honey it helps with allergies, because the bees collect the pollen from the plants in your area so the honey has those pollens in them .. if that makes since
oxymetazoline spray... I just had the same thing happen to me. It lasted a couple weeks and didn't end until the third day after starting the spray. Once in the morning in each nostril, and once at night
I see a lot of comments about people saying to put garlic up your nose, guys I appreciate Tik Tok too but please don’t do this. Garlic causes inflammation of the nose lining which can lead to nose bleeds and more sinus issues. The only reason is looks like it’s being cleared is because it actually ups kicks the production of mucus, so you’re just creating more, not getting rid of the problem. Just thought I’d post and try to keep someone safe ❤️

My kids and I had that exact same thing as well as multiple friends… it clears up after just under 2 weeks… the post nasal drip was horrible! I had to use nasal spray for a few days and my inhaler

I know I’m watching a year later but I just wanted to put my thoughts on the baggage segment, my husband of 3 years is a recovering addict from H and I know that he was a recovering addict when I started talking to him. I am a very accepting person and have NEVER ever let his recovery render our relationship. I support him and he is now 7 years sober, he doesn’t even smoke weed or drink alcohol & is now in nursing school 🥺 he is fr my hero and to say I’m proud is an understatement ♥️ I love you guys & the podcast. My allergies are also going strong, no idea where it comes from. The medication is useless and I don't think I could get steroids.

It was terrible pretty much 2 weeks sick and I have a 1 year old, 5 year old, 16 year old then my fiancé who is 34 and me 29 all sick with the same symptoms it was terrible and a personal hell situation for almost 2 full weeks.
Flonase and Zyrtec are my best friend during my allergies. Post nasal deep is NO FUN! Feel better soon😊

Brother in law, a bunch of my friends, myself, and my husband ALL have been dealing with worsened allergies and post nasal drop issues this Summer. A huge contributor is all the smoke from the fires here in the PNW. It just keep getting worse every Summer, air quality is going down even if we cannot see it.
Wear a mask outdoors that actually filters that stuff out, buy some HEPA rated filters/air purifiers for the inside of your house. Even just for one room, have a dedicated "clean air" room you can escape to for a while.

Drink hot peppermint tea Ryland! The stronger the better. Also fill a big bowl with boiling hot water and lean your face OVER the bowl with a towel draped over the back of your head to capture the steam so you can breathe it in, deep through your nose. For extra rub Vicks on ur chest neck while steaming.

I know for me personally because I have more awareness now about how my program works I know it's better to do that because I too notice my life gets way more complicated if I do not put my program first. ❤❤❤

Honestly this is what I needed today because my dog slammed my nose and I just nose surgery back in November. (I’m still healing) had to go back to my doctor, and he popped my bone back in place and now I’m annoyed because I have a cast on my nose and can’t really do anything to get me out of my slump.. 😂

oxymetazoline spray... I just had the same thing happen to me. It lasted a couple weeks and didn't end until the third day after starting the spray. Once in the morning in each nostril, and once at night

I see a lot of comments about people saying to put garlic up your nose, guys I appreciate Tik Tok too but please don’t do this. Garlic causes inflammation of the nose lining which can lead to nose bleeds and more sinus issues. The only reason is looks like it’s being cleared is because it actually ups kicks the production of mucus, so you’re just creating more, not getting rid of the problem. Just thought I’d post and try to keep someone safe ❤️

My kids and I had that exact same thing as well as multiple friends… it clears up after just under 2 weeks… the post nasal drip was horrible! I had to use nasal spray for a few days and my inhaler

Hey sippers, idk if we have ever been called that but I just thought it was cute. I know I’m watching a year later but I just wanted to put my thoughts on the baggage segment, my husband of 3 years is a recovering addict from H and I know that he was a recovering addict when I started talking to him. I am a very accepting person and have NEVER ever let his recovery render our relationship. I support him and he is now 7 years sober, he doesn’t even smoke weed or drink alcohol & is now in nursing school 🥺 he is fr my hero and to say I’m proud is an understatement ♥️ I love you guys & the podcast.
