I'm the Khan who was sniping from behind the sandbag barricade. I ended up surviving most of the raid and got like six Outcasts. The server crashed, so the raid was voided. Since then, most of the Outcasts have been banned for various reasons.
OMG I'm glad you came out mostly unscathed! The NCR had a similar experience with the Outcasts shortly after you guys did this raid. I'm releasing that video on Friday. It's been a crazy experience dealing with the Outcasts lol
