Hi, I have the tempotel 2 from 2012 I think , I didnt use it for a while and now when I used it trying to put the blinds down one side of the blinds is not working , there are two rollers ,one is working one is not...what shall I do ?
Hello and sorry for dragging my feet for too long, however, there seems to be an issue occurred at one time that resets one of your motors. What you now need to do is, turn off the power, switch it back on and start the learning procedure again for this device. With the other side perfectly working, this presumably looks like the solution to your issue.
