The term “slippin jimmy” in the context of jimmy as a kid doesn’t even make sense considering jimmy picks up the title of “slippin jimmy” in his teenage years after the wolves and sheep moral in season 2
Even older, probably. He picks up the name "Slippin' Jimmy" because he did 'slip-and-falls' to scam people, I don't think he could threaten people to sue or whatever as a kid. He also speaks of doing one at 22 in Saul Gone.

The single best part of Slippin Jimmy, by a wide margin, is that Vince Gilligan had nothing to do with it and it can't tarnish my opinion of his writing or directing at all.

I believe the goal of creating something is to fulfill what is inside the creator, and whoever happens to like it likes it.
