I just got approved to open up a non medical provider agency in Louisiana. Are all the policy and procedures manuals the same.

Congrats! It depends on what State you're in but most States require licensing yes.

Is there a way to definitively find out if I'm in a regulated state for non-medical home care? Everything I find for licensing mentions "Home HEALTH", nothing about non-medical home care. Thx!
Sorry I'm not sure what State you're in, but the place where you're seeing Home Health, give them a call and ask about non-medical licensing. They will know or point you in the right direction!

Do you know what are the licenses to submit for non medical assistant living in Pennsylvania and what are the legal business forms to add to it?
Hey there! Do you mean for starting a personal care home? Or an assisted living community? We specialize in Non-Medical Home Care so it is slightly different. Thanks!
I mean the non medical business where I as owner hire non medical personnel to assist clients in client houses with their needs such bath, clean, wash, meals, etc, in few, assist with duties not related with nursing or others services that require additional certifications.
