I was at the airport once and my dad had me walk up to two Japanese girls and try and converse with them. I have only ever used duolingo. One of the most embarrassing moments of my life.

hey super and viewers. fellow japanese enjoyer here. i think saying "わたしがにほんごをはなするとき、とてもきんちょうします。” could be a better way to articulate being nervous when speaking japanese (the とき indicating this) (i also substituted ふあん with きんちょう but as far as i understand i think I liked how you said it better) totally get the nerves, its super normal and once you shake that fear it feels great to speak.
I wouldn't have the る in there, it would be 話す時, I actually like 緊張します better but that's really just a preference thing. 不安 absolutely works too. Another way of saying it could be 日本語を話しながら、不安になります。But I would personally go with the former.

I have been studying Japanese formally for over 5 years now. You gotta just get in there brother. When I went to Japan a year ago, I went with a group of fellow students. Most of the other students didn't speak any Japanese at all, but I had known that 2 others had also been studying Japanese (each of them for 2-3 years at that point), and of the 3 of us I was the only one who consistently used Japanese everyday for most things. I am an introvert normally, but I forced myself into conversations anyways. And you know what? It got easier, and my Japanese got better. The other two had a great trip anyway, and for Americans are still very good at Japanese, but I improved so much more on that trip because I decided I was going to send it. There is only one way to practice, so just go for it. 案ずるより産むが易し 頑張れ！

you cant play around someone who is intentionally just ass as fuck. That was the point in the sarcasm when super stated that was what he should have done but both aspen and him knew that wouldnt have made a difference in the end of the match, in games like these all it takes is one cringe POS who has no life and no one to love them needing attention to come in snipe your game and just ruin it for match after match for the sake of their own sad lifeless enjoyment. So when super was a smartass about "playing around him" he responded wow your an asshole or called him a meanie or some childish shit because its really most likely a 12 year old with no dad to play with and no love from their mother either.
