I absolutely adore the contrast of Death and Karma. Death is a horrific shapeshifter with the voice of Satan and a formal speaking pattern. He goes after those he thinks have squandered their life and gotten too cocky. But he offers Mark a guitar to keep the fight going, because he has to draw it out to the end. He has to push him to his absolute limits to see if Mark is WILLING to fight for his life and change, and THEN he'll give his judgement. But Karma is an angelic-voiced but foul-mouthed shadow who can barely hold her shapeshifting together. Eye-for-an-eye, tit for tat, it doesn’t matter how hard you fight or how much you've improved yourself. Karma intends to collect her debt no matter what and will strike the second she can. Death has to outright intervene by offering Cory a straight-up shotgun rather than an instrument, and the second he does so, Karma freaks out and goes for the kill over and over and over again until being actively fought off. I love their dynamic and how it seems like Karma's been killing people off before they have a chance to reform for a while now, and its probably giving Death a LOT of extra work to deal with. Bravo, bravo once again!
My thoughts exactly. I feel like Karma's impulsive need for bloody vengeance no matter the person and Death's desire for redemption and sticking to the program is gonna escalate into a fight between the two in a future mix. IF they show up past this point. (Fingers crossed they do.)

Kinda love how death clearly is mad at cory for killing the crying child yet. doesn't yell. Kind of think its due to em having actual years of experience and understanding cory honestly meant no harm by it not knowing it would cause their death. hes mad. but he understands. meanwhile karma is just like "THEN I STARTED SLASHIN"
Karma for some reason gives off annoying little brother or sister(I know she is a girl, I just added brother cuz both tropes/stereotypes act the same) vibes ya know thos tropes where the bro or sis be acting like little twerps but the second they don't get there way they act like it's the end of the world. The entire Nightmarionne section is definitely my second favorite part in this whole series. (Right behind the original climax in Birthday) Nightmarionne's vocals had me ascending. Edit: I love the differences we can see between Death and Nightmarionne, or rather Karma. Death is surprisingly caring and fair. He wants those he judges overcome their sins and overcome him. Karma, in my interpretation, doesn't give a damn. She wants whoever she's judging to meet a gruesome end at the hands of her scythe, and she'll break as many rules as she pleases to get what she wants, which is why she attacks Cory mid song. That's why I think Death holds a grudge against her, and assists Cory in beating her. Death wants a fair trial, and Karma wants to kill people. In short, Death is caring, and Karma's a bitch.
Honestly, I wasn't really feeling this one at first. But everything after Nightmare BB is straight up PEAK. The Ennard boss fight in the next one is gonna be crazy.
I think that it's be retconned so that all of the animatronics in it are canon, just not the game/Update itself. Cause; They all appear in games that are Canon (Like UCN and HW)

I like how we now have confirmation that Cory is an afton here, which was always my theory, and especially love all the new stuff you did for the animatronics who didn't get halloween replacements (like freddy becoming nightmare markiplier from those compilation videos or fredbear becoming a nightmarish security puppet, since it's implied fredbear's family diner had one of those, and it's where the bite happened) Also I like how since Nightmarionne is portrayed as karma itself, her cameo in birthday could retroactively be interpreted as her trying to get at markiplier for being involved, but since the main thing he was guilty of during the bite was falling victim to bystander effect/syndrome, he could just shrug her off with a punch, whereas cory actively shoved the crying child into fredbear's maw, meaning she could torture him far more I also like Nightmare/Death's characterization, he plays fair, and wanted Markiplier to have a chance to prove his will to live, which he ended up doing at the end of birthday, whereas what Karma's doing is nothing but senseless tormenting before going for the kill, and since Cory obviously regrets what he did that day, Death interferes and gives him the same chance he did Mark despite his past sins Also the implication that Old Man Consequences is another form of Death is pretty interesting
Karma can betrayed as death sometimes it depends on the persons sins that they did if you did the most regrettable thing in your life karma will hit you back with death itself even though karma can be merciful at times at Best giving you a lease a chance to fight against your own death. Death sometimes hates karma for being the killer here and will help the persons with a second chance.

The fact that barely anyone is talking about 4:40 to 5:26 feels like a crime, because it's so beautiful. Cory is in the FNAF 3 ending minigame where he sees all of the missing children, AND his brother. Cory's reaches hand forward to him, but it gets caught in chains, because no matter what Cory does, his brother is gone, and there is nothing he can do about that. And at the end, Cory accepts that no matter what, he can't put his brother back together.

There’s so much my tiny brain wants to unpack from this, first of all, DEATH is a judge of sorts, compared to KARMA being some sort of self righteous executioner, furthermore this leaves me to question, what are the nightmares in all of this? Like are they extensions of DEATH and KARMA? I guess that would mean Nightmare Balloon Boy’s an extension of KARMA, which would explain why he got stomped on by Fredbear, an extension of DEATH Then there’s the showcase of DEATH’s forms, when DEATH came for Mark, it was basically because it was past his time, so he came to him as the nightmares of his past, then in their final confrontation as all the foes he’s faced at that point, all the horrors he’s seen (surprised Balloon Boy wasn’t there), but DEATH ultimately didn’t take Mark, why? Well it could be for a plethora of reasons, Mark overcame his fears, he defeated the man behind the slaughter, maybe it was cuz of the shadows, maybe it was because he earned the right to be forgiven and was. In my opinion, when Nightmare first got Mark, that was where it should’ve ended, but because Mark was forgiven, DEATH gave him one last chance, one last test, to face all the horrors he’s seen thus far, and he did, he passed, so DEATH leaves him, to die another day, but Cory? DEATH never came for Cory, KARMA did, and as such, DEATH doesn’t approach Cory as some kind of hulking demon, he comes to him as a simple old skull faced fisher man, but still reminds him of his actions, his consequences, DEATH allows Cory to live because it wasn’t his time, sure he beat KARMA, but there’s a reason KARMA came after Cory to begin with, all KARMA did was cross a line by trying to do DEATH’s job, she broke the rules, and DEATH exists on the principle of a rule, this showcases that Cory has yet to actually make amends like Mark did, so the question is, how will he? This is also showcased in how the two battled their respective opponent, when Mark faced off against DEATH, it wasn’t really a fight, it was a show of sorts, a trial, a test, DEATH is absolute, so you can’t really fight back against it, KARMA meanwhile can change, do something bad, gain bad KARMA, do something good, gain good KARMA, I assume that’s why KARMA didn’t come after Mark, between him only being an accomplice, and him blowing up Springtrap (unless we count Nightmarrione’s cameo in Birthday, but Mark also just punched them in the face, which I guess could mean he did beat KARMA?), meanwhile Cory had a whole battle with KARMA, I mean they was throwing HANDS, in other words, you could just say, DEATH can be slowed but you can’t fight it, and as everyone already knows KARMA’s a betch There is so much for me to dissect with so little things probably actually being there or thought of, so leave me to find answers to questions that don’t exist, leave the demon to his demons… I wrote a whole essay what the f-

Sayo and Co. you've delivered yet ANOTHER masterpiece. I want to theorize about this, considering how this now Cory's turn to deal with the hellish ghouls of his past wrongdoings. Karma here as a character made me curious, Mark dealt with Death in BIRTHDAY, but inbetween the scenechange from the bedroom to the fun with plushtrap hallway, we see him punch Nightmarionne/Karma, meaning either Mark being on guard drove Karma away because when things don't go her way she gets out of there, which is seen here when after Cory hits her, she promptly flees like she did in BIRTHDAY. Cory being "killed" is sent to confront his own past in the happiest day minigame, having to accept what he did and that nothing can be done to reverse it, Death, seeing or hearing this remorse in Cory sees him worthy of a second chance, something Karma won't let him have, so he assists Cory in driving Karma back, and we see what may be the most challenging fight that this Samurai has had to endure, Death's help against Karma only enrages her and we see a "Do or Die" moment for him, once driving Karma away, he awakes to Mark calling him, alluding to a sequel, driving home the message with a very obvious post credits glimpse.

I'm pretty sure that Omc earlier in the song *is* nightmare, since nightmarionne kinda ended up replacing nightmare, I guess he's just stuck there now, also they have the same skull shape here, and Omc does the nightmare jumpscare sound too in the song

This Remix is definitely worth waiting, considering it's a literal Nightmare before Christmas IRL. Poor Cory tho, he definitely got the short end of the stick, being just as if not more close to death than Markiplier despite the fact he's the one who brought a GUN to this knife fight, he still ended up Extra Traumatized. (Funny how in This Context, Death is saying "Pick it up" not to mock or challenge, but to aid Cory.) What's the deal with Death & KARMA tho? I'm not entirely sure what KARMA'S Deal with Cory is but I'll take a guess that she's the embodiment of well... Karma.. and Cory (accidentally) killed his brother, she's probably here to in her eyes "Balance the scale" (probably why she seems to be so angry at Cory during her speech) and deliver her namesake to Cory.
You basically got it right. Nightmare is applicable to Death, and Nightmarionne is Karma. Death, as seen in Birthday, is a quite fair entity, passing judgement and challenging those he deems to need such tests. Karma, however, is uncaring, and believes Cory deserves to die for his sin of murdering his brother. This is also why Death helps Cory by giving him encouragement and a gun, he believes Karma is stepping out of line and needs to be knocked down a peg.

I got to say that this was an unexpected but great song to listen too. Loved the differences with the nightmare animatronics being front and present! Side note, it feels weird seeing nightmare BB not getting squished and instead being Nightmarionne loyal servant. Speaking of her, I greatly enjoyed her fight scene and noticed that unlike Nightmare, at the end there was no sign of respect and instead just ran away after being hit. The only minor complaint I have is that there was no sense of triumph like the original song had. But still, nice job!

Holy,this was pretty good!! I also like the tone shift in some of BIRTHDAY's original sections. (EX:The Final Confronation) While with Mark it felt like a ray of hope to push through a seemingly invincible force,with Cory's,it feels like they're both pushing each other to their limits. (Not saying that DEATH VS MARK didn't have that feeling of two forces going against each other,but in here it's better seen.) Aka;I fw this
although personally this isnt my favorite song overall (kinda just due to how hard it is to even hear some parts with everything in it, along with some of the voices being on the weaker end) the story part of it alone is what really gets me to consider this among my top 3. the section of nightmarione is perfect practically, the voices on both sides sound incredibly and distinct to eachother, and the song at that point where Cory gets the shotgun FEELS like its an actual battle to the death. i can not wait for the inevitable recreation of this to be a playable chart in fnf, because this just feels like itd go so hard. i havent properly charted for a mod for damned ages, but if you ever actively consider turning these songs into a mod (which have the absolute quality that they entirely deserve high quality mods of) id absolutely be up to do the charting work for it. genuinely been loving your songs youve been making, and this was WHOLELY worth the wait. have a good time in college, and be sure to take time of your own whenever college work and creations of more incredible songs starts to get stressful

I absolutely adore the contrast of Death and Karma.
Death is a horrific shapeshifter with the voice of Satan and a formal speaking pattern. He goes after those he thinks have squandered their life and gotten too cocky. But he offers Mark a guitar to keep the fight going, because he has to draw it out to the end. He has to push him to his absolute limits to see if Mark is WILLING to fight for his life and change, and THEN he'll give his judgement.
But Karma is an angelic-voiced but foul-mouthed shadow who can barely hold her shapeshifting together. Eye-for-an-eye, tit for tat, it doesn’t matter how hard you fight or how much you've improved yourself. Karma intends to collect her debt no matter what and will strike the second she can.
Death has to outright intervene by offering Cory a straight-up shotgun rather than an instrument, and the second he does so, Karma freaks out and goes for the kill over and over and over again until being actively fought off. I love their dynamic and how it seems like Karma's been killing people off before they have a chance to reform for a while now, and its probably giving Death a LOT of extra work to deal with.

My thoughts exactly. I feel like Karma's impulsive need for bloody vengeance no matter the person and Death's desire for redemption and sticking to the program is gonna escalate into a fight between the two in a future mix. IF they show up past this point. (Fingers crossed they do.)

The entire Nightmarionne section is definitely my second favorite part in this whole series. (Right behind the original climax in Birthday) Nightmarionne's vocals had me ascending.
Edit: I love the differences we can see between Death and Nightmarionne, or rather Karma. Death is surprisingly caring and fair. He wants those he judges overcome their sins and overcome him. Karma, in my interpretation, doesn't give a damn. She wants whoever she's judging to meet a gruesome end at the hands of her scythe, and she'll break as many rules as she pleases to get what she wants, which is why she attacks Cory mid song. That's why I think Death holds a grudge against her, and assists Cory in beating her. Death wants a fair trial, and Karma wants to kill people. In short, Death is caring, and Karma's a bitch.
Honestly, I wasn't really feeling this one at first. But everything after Nightmare BB is straight up PEAK. The Ennard boss fight in the next one is gonna be crazy.

I like how we now have confirmation that Cory is an afton here, which was always my theory, and especially love all the new stuff you did for the animatronics who didn't get halloween replacements (like freddy becoming nightmare markiplier from those compilation videos or fredbear becoming a nightmarish security puppet, since it's implied fredbear's family diner had one of those, and it's where the bite happened)
Also I like how since Nightmarionne is portrayed as karma itself, her cameo in birthday could retroactively be interpreted as her trying to get at markiplier for being involved, but since the main thing he was guilty of during the bite was falling victim to bystander effect/syndrome, he could just shrug her off with a punch, whereas cory actively shoved the crying child into fredbear's maw, meaning she could torture him far more
I also like Nightmare/Death's characterization, he plays fair, and wanted Markiplier to have a chance to prove his will to live, which he ended up doing at the end of birthday, whereas what Karma's doing is nothing but senseless tormenting before going for the kill, and since Cory obviously regrets what he did that day, Death interferes and gives him the same chance he did Mark despite his past sins
Also the implication that Old Man Consequences is another form of Death is pretty interesting
Karma can betrayed as death sometimes it depends on the persons sins that they did if you did the most regrettable thing in your life karma will hit you back with death itself even though karma can be merciful at times at Best giving you a lease a chance to fight against your own death. Death sometimes hates karma for being the killer here and will help the persons with a second chance.

The fact that barely anyone is talking about 4:40 to 5:26 feels like a crime, because it's so beautiful.
Cory is in the FNAF 3 ending minigame where he sees all of the missing children, AND his brother. Cory's reaches hand forward to him, but it gets caught in chains, because no matter what Cory does, his brother is gone, and there is nothing he can do about that. And at the end, Cory accepts that no matter what, he can't put his brother back together.
That's fucking tragic. My god.

There’s so much my tiny brain wants to unpack from this, first of all, DEATH is a judge of sorts, compared to KARMA being some sort of self righteous executioner, furthermore this leaves me to question, what are the nightmares in all of this? Like are they extensions of DEATH and KARMA? I guess that would mean Nightmare Balloon Boy’s an extension of KARMA, which would explain why he got stomped on by Fredbear, an extension of DEATH
Then there’s the showcase of DEATH’s forms, when DEATH came for Mark, it was basically because it was past his time, so he came to him as the nightmares of his past, then in their final confrontation as all the foes he’s faced at that point, all the horrors he’s seen (surprised Balloon Boy wasn’t there), but DEATH ultimately didn’t take Mark, why? Well it could be for a plethora of reasons, Mark overcame his fears, he defeated the man behind the slaughter, maybe it was cuz of the shadows, maybe it was because he earned the right to be forgiven and was. In my opinion, when Nightmare first got Mark, that was where it should’ve ended, but because Mark was forgiven, DEATH gave him one last chance, one last test, to face all the horrors he’s seen thus far, and he did, he passed, so DEATH leaves him, to die another day, but Cory? DEATH never came for Cory, KARMA did, and as such, DEATH doesn’t approach Cory as some kind of hulking demon, he comes to him as a simple old skull faced fisher man, but still reminds him of his actions, his consequences, DEATH allows Cory to live because it wasn’t his time, sure he beat KARMA, but there’s a reason KARMA came after Cory to begin with, all KARMA did was cross a line by trying to do DEATH’s job, she broke the rules, and DEATH exists on the principle of a rule, this showcases that Cory has yet to actually make amends like Mark did, so the question is, how will he? This is also showcased in how the two battled their respective opponent, when Mark faced off against DEATH, it wasn’t really a fight, it was a show of sorts, a trial, a test, DEATH is absolute, so you can’t really fight back against it, KARMA meanwhile can change, do something bad, gain bad KARMA, do something good, gain good KARMA, I assume that’s why KARMA didn’t come after Mark, between him only being an accomplice, and him blowing up Springtrap (unless we count Nightmarrione’s cameo in Birthday, but Mark also just punched them in the face, which I guess could mean he did beat KARMA?), meanwhile Cory had a whole battle with KARMA, I mean they was throwing HANDS, in other words, you could just say, DEATH can be slowed but you can’t fight it, and as everyone already knows KARMA’s a betch
There is so much for me to dissect with so little things probably actually being there or thought of, so leave me to find answers to questions that don’t exist, leave the demon to his demons… I wrote a whole essay what the f-

I want to theorize about this, considering how this now Cory's turn to deal with the hellish ghouls of his past wrongdoings.
Karma here as a character made me curious, Mark dealt with Death in BIRTHDAY, but inbetween the scenechange from the bedroom to the fun with plushtrap hallway, we see him punch Nightmarionne/Karma, meaning either Mark being on guard drove Karma away because when things don't go her way she gets out of there, which is seen here when after Cory hits her, she promptly flees like she did in BIRTHDAY. Cory being "killed" is sent to confront his own past in the happiest day minigame, having to accept what he did and that nothing can be done to reverse it, Death, seeing or hearing this remorse in Cory sees him worthy of a second chance, something Karma won't let him have, so he assists Cory in driving Karma back, and we see what may be the most challenging fight that this Samurai has had to endure, Death's help against Karma only enrages her and we see a "Do or Die" moment for him, once driving Karma away, he awakes to Mark calling him, alluding to a sequel, driving home the message with a very obvious post credits glimpse.

Poor Cory tho, he definitely got the short end of the stick, being just as if not more close to death than Markiplier despite the fact he's the one who brought a GUN to this knife fight, he still ended up Extra Traumatized. (Funny how in This Context, Death is saying "Pick it up" not to mock or challenge, but to aid Cory.)
What's the deal with Death & KARMA tho? I'm not entirely sure what KARMA'S Deal with Cory is but I'll take a guess that she's the embodiment of well... Karma.. and Cory (accidentally) killed his brother, she's probably here to in her eyes "Balance the scale" (probably why she seems to be so angry at Cory during her speech) and deliver her namesake to Cory.
You basically got it right. Nightmare is applicable to Death, and Nightmarionne is Karma. Death, as seen in Birthday, is a quite fair entity, passing judgement and challenging those he deems to need such tests. Karma, however, is uncaring, and believes Cory deserves to die for his sin of murdering his brother. This is also why Death helps Cory by giving him encouragement and a gun, he believes Karma is stepping out of line and needs to be knocked down a peg.

I got to say that this was an unexpected but great song to listen too. Loved the differences with the nightmare animatronics being front and present! Side note, it feels weird seeing nightmare BB not getting squished and instead being Nightmarionne loyal servant. Speaking of her, I greatly enjoyed her fight scene and noticed that unlike Nightmare, at the end there was no sign of respect and instead just ran away after being hit. The only minor complaint I have is that there was no sense of triumph like the original song had. But still, nice job!

although personally this isnt my favorite song overall (kinda just due to how hard it is to even hear some parts with everything in it, along with some of the voices being on the weaker end) the story part of it alone is what really gets me to consider this among my top 3. the section of nightmarione is perfect practically, the voices on both sides sound incredibly and distinct to eachother, and the song at that point where Cory gets the shotgun FEELS like its an actual battle to the death. i can not wait for the inevitable recreation of this to be a playable chart in fnf, because this just feels like itd go so hard.
i havent properly charted for a mod for damned ages, but if you ever actively consider turning these songs into a mod (which have the absolute quality that they entirely deserve high quality mods of) id absolutely be up to do the charting work for it. genuinely been loving your songs youve been making, and this was WHOLELY worth the wait. have a good time in college, and be sure to take time of your own whenever college work and creations of more incredible songs starts to get stressful
