The implement (equipment) on the front of the tractor is cutting the grass. The cut grass is then going under the tractor and into the next implement which is baling the hay. The baler is a series of belts inside that spins the hay essentially in a circle rolling it up tight with the tension of the belts. After the baler gets full it kicks out a full bale and the final implement wraps the bale to protect it from outside elements (rain and snow will make hay get moldy and livestock won’t want to eat it). The unfortunate part in my opinion is that usually you cut hay and let it sit out on the ground and dry out or it will be too wet and get moldy.
@@Colby-nu8kc I’m well aware of what it’s doing and how, I was thinking more along the lines of:- tractor hp, baler capacity how many bales an hour, how long to wrap, what type of grass etc, what the grassalage is used for and are they adding inoculate.
