You can do it without realising what it your doing or that others don't.
Always saw this stuff as a kid. Helped me out lots in the past.
Learning to control and direct it better would be good.

Right! I received a visual message and was able to save my daughter's life.
I was at home, she was out on a date, and I received a vision of her. I saw her location, and saw what was happening to her. And I physically felt something, I don't have the words to describe it, whatever it was caused me to get up, and go take care of business.
That didn't come from a demonic force. I know it didn't.

We have many skills we do not use and that were given to us by God and the creator. Energy goes were thought goes.
She sent out a physic distress to you.
I use to get that when younger with my sublings​ and still do if something horrific happens. It comes as a scream and a feeling and a vision.
It's why I avoid peiple these days.
I see too much death on people and it's hard to not say anything. People do not want to know.
