Thank you so much Mattew Soper for this realy great video ! If you can continue your videos, it can be a real pleasure for a lot of passionate people about carnivorous plants like me in French !
Effectivement, surtout si tu peux la traduire pour les non anglophones ;) (pour ma part c'est juste le son que je trouve un peu raté) But such a great sarracenia bog garden ! that's inspired me and i want to have the same !! ^^
De plus, si tu peux traduire celle-ci qui fait rêver aussi ;) : th-cam.com/video/_ZuBAEsZinA/w-d-xo.html (je suis leur chaine depuis que tu m'as donné le virus ^^)
Looking really good, can't wait to see how it develops. I have set up a small bog garden in an old Belfast sink this spring so fingers crossed it turned out OK.
Hi Matt, I'm glad to find you here! I will follow your videos very carefully, you are a teacher with great charisma! I have been growing carnivorous plants for 40 years, maybe you know it, and your name has always been a reference for me. I sign up now! A hug from Italy! Andrea Amici
It needs to be able to drain, especially with the soil media just being pure peat and with presumably no drainage layer at the bottom under the peat. I guess the whole thing drains from the sides through the timbers, but I would be concerned that there’s not enough drainage.
Why are some plants planted in their pots?

Love this but why leave them in their pots?

Fantastic! Looking forward to seeing it's progress!
Great video! I’ve placed an order.
That’s inspired me, I’ll be in contact for plants, any suggestions on where to get bulk peat?
