I am driving this for over 5 years, fiber quality is so good everything is intact 100%. Done 22k changed tyres once, battery once. No problem with engine at all, haven't faced much problem with suspension - even after going through at least 20-30 speed breakers every single day. Silencer exhaust cracked as I go stuck in deep water this monsoon, got it gas welded, thats it. It has very powerful engine, mileage is less.

I called suzuki today and asked them how come they screwed up EX variant so badly with rear suspension. He asked to contact dealer/service center and if they are unable to fix the problem, contact them again. I told them Suzuki must recall EX model and replace suspension free of cost it is pathetic. Please all EX owners lets bombard Suzuki on X and ask them to fix this free of cost. Honda and other brands have done this in the past.

Do you mean Standard version and blue tooth versions rear suspension is good.
Are you aware ex variant engine has lowest power, standard has maximum then Bluetooth..
Also feels like mileage is lesser in ex.
@@SonalJain24 lower power in EX is by 0.1 which is negligible in real-world. EX has better mileage only problem is the rear stiff suspension.
Standard and Bluetooth do not have rear stiff suspension issue.

Std/bt customers getting 65-70+ in highway and upto 55 in cities.. With bigger tyre i dont think ex can give better mileage than this

Brother it's my personal experience fibre quality is not so much bad as you are mentioning in the video and if I would like to tell you about the sound coming during beating the fibre so I don't think so that you should or you have judge the build quality. It is made up of a special fibre buddy as Suzuki works the most on engine quality as well as on the build quality along with the looks.

Front fayaring both below 2800 only including change cost back suspetion littil bit stif but its not a problam for pillion (if pillion passanger have 50 +kg rider 70+ then only ) that's way it's very good cantol and stability when high speed highways their is one more advantage is for stiffer back suspetion is that when u ride over bumbs or bad road's it's hassles to ride no scrach on bottam. ( if u ride Honda, tvs, yamaha all scooters with pillion on bumb road's or bad rods defenetly its bottam get scratch but burgman and access don't have problems
Its front fibre is really thick. Twice had road sliding , the front fibre saved it all.
Front fiber is thick but the part of side fiber will create a great loss

@@pujasamadder2878 All scooters have front fiber for better handling. It is the back which is metal in most other scooters. So, when comparing, one should only compare the back fiber with metal body of Access/Jupiter 125

Hows the new burgmen model? The xconnect one are the problems with suspension solved? Rear tyre really is too small has the tyre upgraded? Already have jupiter classic and activa 125 bs4 model. Exchanging it with honda sp125 due to after sales services. Honda is pathetic in terms of after sales services. Kindly let me know which scooter should i go for😊
Miantenance is very high. 40 km /l . tyre is very tin which causes skidding even in light rainy

Bhai I am a suzuki burgman user of last 3 years and already 35k already run. But still I have not face any major issues anytime. Yes only the problem is battery.otherwise this scooter is the best scooter in 125 segment in India❤

Ignore all fake reviews, the suspension is worst in every pot hole it will cost your pocket. In rainy season it's worst the bike always turns off all off sudden...very High maintenance bike. Just go for Activa or Jupiter.
But one can change the suspension on the back side I believe?

That is the effect of fiber parts. I have yamaha fascino 2017. It is full fiber and the body squeaks and is not as stiff as metal ones. Plastic/fiber body are only good for 5-6 years

I just bought burgman BT edition 2 weeks back and i am facing an issue. Whenever person is sitting behind me and I over bad roads and speed brakers it makes a some sort of knocking noise below me or pillion. I cant figure out what it is. Meine 4-4 bande khade kre 2 ek taraf 2 ek taraf aur kuch bhi niche touch nahi ho rha. But service guys just not getting that point and refuse to check properly. And also during road mein burgman chala rha tha noida wali sec62 road pr uspr bich beech mein nalli ke holes hote hai(POTHOLES) voh itne bade ni hote. PR BC EK GAADI wale ne brake mar diya zor se merko side bachana pada aur VOHI POTHOLE KAMBAKAT Ghera sa tha thoda us pr khuda diya tabh se hi scooty thodi bubbly/bouncy si chal rahi hai. Voh smoothness thi bikul road ke sang chalne wali voh khatam hai. Yeh Service wale log iska bhi mana kr rhe hai. Mein kya kru samajh ni aaraha. having pathetic after sale service. lag rha hai Yeh log effort hi ni dalna chahte. abh mein papa ko leja kr inko gaaliyan thodi sunwana chahta usse situation shayad aur kharab ho jaye. ***SHOWROOM NAME- ETGO SUZUKI, NOIDA SECTOR-63 pls help.***
BTW I have clocked 400kms now. mera bs indirapuram aur highways(for 10-15km) pr chalana hota hai plus college(Noida mein).
Yeh wala same issue mujhe jab mene dapoli clocked kia tha 420km in a single day toh konkan roads NH66 total kharab hai aisi ek bade se potholes me ghus gaya aur mst wala fatka pada tha toh uske baad meri bike me bhi thoda sa issue aaya tha yeh waala mene service me show kia toh mud ke wajah se shock absorber ka oil leak hogaya tha toh ek baari yeh check kar walo
Other wise warenty me change kar wa lo
