My law school study partner and I would do something very similar to this before finals. It is extremely effective! It also helped us to find any holes in our knowledge that we might need to know for the exams.

Thank you for the endorsement of this method. Once law students begin to understand that studying is not primarily about memorizing rules they will start their journey to higher grades.

Plus add the precedent cases for the rule and other cases that have similar facts to your problem question to support your outcome conclusion.

I really can see that. So funny, because I'm from Panama, but my dad is from the U.S. and I'm considering going to Law School. Here in Panama, Law School is an undergrad degree so I'm planning to do my Bachelor's degree here (Panama) in order to safe some money. I was wondering... As a future international student, should I start with the JD or the LLM program? if I want to work as a lawyer there in the U.S.
I would love to recieve your amazing advice. I've watched a lot of your videos and I've been more inspaire to pursue LS thanks to you.

Several of my JD students earned their law degrees in Spanish countries. I never noticed that their law degrees helped them much. This is because our law exams require written essays. So start practicing your writing now. I’ve also heard that foreign students with only an American LLM have problems finding jobs. That is because law firms really want JDs. I suspect that would be different if the firm was looking to hire someone with a law degree from Panama.

I knew that the JD was the first step (but I eanted to read your opinion) ... But I was hoping that my Law Degree would've helped me a little for the JD program... I understand the Law varies from country to country, but atleast, I would have some structure, but it won't help after all... Aww, well... Thank you so much for your answer :).

How about answering a public law question? How do you plan that? Ex should the UK codify their constitution or not?
