Sir mene ek ticket book. Kiya tha travollok k through... Air india ka ticket tha.. But due to health issues mene ticket cancel kardiya but abi tak refund nainderaha h travollok wale. Maga mere pass cancellation ticket nai h only booking ticket hi h.. Airindia me bi mene baath kiya but wo log muje cancellation ticket nai bejraha h.. So pls tell me proof of eveidence kya rakna h?? E dakil me case register karne k pahle legal notice bejna zaroori h kya?

But unlogo ne muhe cancelation ka message nai beja..after few days mene airindia ko call kiya confirm karne k liye to unhone bataye ki ticket cancel hogye h tho mene ticket cancelation ka ek copy poocha but unhone mana kardiya kyuki booking agency ki through karwaya isliye vaha pe pooche k liye bta rha h.
