    Had one of the worst nightmares of my life last night. I hate when nightmares are vivid and have real people and places! I hope this helps, never wanna experience that again.

      I had a really bad nightmare and woke up panicking,
      Found this video and I was already listening to it and I also had it on high volume but the voice came on and that also made me jump cause of the nightmare before that I had before I am Just really hoping that this works please pray for me!! 😇🙏

    I have gone from suffering from vivid, disturbing nightmares typically every night, to sleeping soundly without a single nightmare thanks to listening to this consistently. I'm not sure why it works, but this has been miraculous for treating my night terrors. Amazing stuff, keep up the good work! Peace and love.

      @@venkyeyespecialist6095 you know fear is apart of our all lives. . one of two things or both. You are probably on a weird sleep schedule or are going through depression/anxiety. You must find inner peace my friend ... Do the things that truly make you happy and you’ll ever only focus on that and not the negatives... Surround yourself with family and friends. If you don’t have any, try looking at universities and colleges. Take an art class. think about food that is yummy for your tummy. Listen to music, sing, go outside and play with a ball... I personally don’t know you very much but that’s how I deal with these night terrors. For these things my friend yes you can get treatment but there Is no cure . The cure is within you, same with depression . But if it’s getting bad, I recommend you going to a psychiatrist. Try a Therapist as well. They should be able to get you help. They have PHDs and doctorates.... You’re suppose to feel comfortable around them . Look around . I hope you feel better soon. In the end it’s all mindset...

    I've been experiencing horrific night terrors where I wake up screaming and unsure of reality for a few days due to discontinuing use of the medication I was taking and this recording has helped me so much when it comes to both helping me be less afraid of going to bed and falling into a calmer sleep.     I circle and revisit this often in between sleep meditation cycles. My dreams in theta state become way too realistic and intense. I wake up genuinely scared. I switch gears to this video or a root chakra video or the fall asleep with angels video and im at peace for the rrst of the night. Thanks Sarah for having so many amazing videos to accompany my quest for max. energy flow and self peace. Been listening for 3 years and dont plan to ever stop!!

    I’ve been waking up in tears from the same dream for the past few days. I won’t go into detail about the dream, but I haven’t been able to sleep well for fear of having it again. I really hope this helps, I don’t know if I can go through that nightmare anymore. It hurts me too much

    I think it's funny how most people comment before watching. Instead of leaving a review afterwards. Or at least adding a review after their comment. Most videos still take a long time for me to go to sleep. I pulled myself out of my dream & I'm only 9 min into this video. Knocked me right out within 3 min max. But I was dreaming I was in my room. Then there was this horrid thing on the TV, while still hearing this soothing video from real life, inside my dream. I was trying to walk back to my bed (in my dream) & just collapsed, like it put my body to sleep. Everything went black & felt like I was falling in a void. Started getting anxiety in my sleep & pulled myself out of the dream & sleep. Wasn't easy, like I was in a trance. Guess hypnosis, like the video says. Ha
    But hey! Way better than the night terrors I normally get every night. More like a mild nightmare with this. Haha Going to try again right now, see if it works better.

      So not sure what I dreamt the 2nd round, but I managed to stay asleep for the next few hours without waking up. I normally wake up every 30 min or so of the few hour I can manage to sleep.

      tranceangelify yes I have but only recently, loads of people suffer from this problem your not the only one don’t worry, it’s confusing and scary for me personally, really vivid ones can stick with me for days and make me feel worried that it might actually happen. Hope your okay x

      +tranceangelifi Yes I do I have I bought a book from Ebay called "Banishing Nightmares and Nightterrors". Says about diffrent medications you can use espeshely the ones that help people get off of heavy medications so they dont have a relapse as Paxal does that reduces dreams

      I'm so sorry to read that Grace. How about we try a different approach, maybe a Mindfulness Approach. I like this for myself (yes, me too included) as well as others as the style allows the listener to focus on whatever resonates for them for calm.     I hope this works out for me. I’m literally terrified to go to sleep now from the nightmares I have. This last nightmare I had I actually thought I was dead for real that’s how real it felt.

I have had really bad nightmares, and this video really helps to stop my nightmares, but I still have nightmares sometimes, even if this meditation helps stop my nightmares. Your voice is very calming and relaxing. Sometimes I even fall asleep in the middle of the video.

    I've been having this strange dreams that dint seam to belong to me and strange nightmares that interrupt my sleep. Idk Why or how but I decided to turn off my cellphone and use a clock to wake up instead and the nightmares are gone. IDk what is it or what to think of all this or if is just coincidence but from now on I always turn off any device before going to sleep.

      I've been in that spot before, I had to take medication for depression and anxiety and I was so surprised by how it worked I wondered why I was scared to start the process if I could have used it years ago. You can always try talking to your local provider/mental health aids about natural/medication-free methods of treatment, sometimes you might need a weekly/daily appointments, what ever you're comfortable with just remember people are waiting to help you, you just didn't know they were there until you needed them, I wish you good luck and hope you've done well in the past 7months, make your room smell nice before going to bed 😉 it helps

    I'm getting my gallbladder removed this summer, and I actually read on line that people should put a pillow on there stomach if they are going to take deep, slow breaths. I know that this guided meditation is for sleep, and I know that you have me take a long, deep breaths. Do you have any advice for me of how I can take long, deep breaths when I am recovering from my gallbladder surgery? I love taking long, deep breaths a lot, but my doctor doesn't want me to put to much stress on my stomach. Can I still use this to help me sleep while I recover from gallbladder surgery?

      Kristina Sanchez of course you can use this :) you don’t have to take deep breaths if it would hurt your condition in any way. Deep breathing just helps relax your body, but if it might be hurting you instead there’s no point in doing it really.
      You can use this for healing nightmares, deep breathing or not :)

      Nothing is wrong with you. Nightmares can be for a variety of reasons, sometimes we subconsciously suppress our fears and they surface in nightmares, or it can also be catharsis, the processing of memories and events to let them go once and for all. There are other reasons too, but there is definitely nothing wrong with you. : ) Best wishes, Sarah

    Thank you so much for this. I listen to you on apple. You literally save lives doing this. You make life a little less painful. Wanted to thank you for that. I would of probably committed suicide if it wasn’t for stuff like this. Who wants to live in terror there whole life. I just hope the bombs and blood shed go away and stays away
