Arctic winter is finally ending, oh no it isn't. opening the Sawmill.

- Fast breakup, melt water everywhere way to early but great I can get on to other jobs and open the sawmill building. Then it all freezes and boy does it snow and we can get back on the snowmobile and go back to the forest.

My goodness Simon….for sure interesting content…..having a melt, Kasper loosing his long locks, removing the tarps…..followed up by days with snow plowing! Then get the snowmobile out for some logs…..super content, had many laughs, loved bopping along to the music and a number of wows’! Thank you. @@arctic-rebel will do Simon…it’s a long weekend here, mind you, tomorrow is the last day of it, nevertheless, we celebrate Brent’s fantastic recovery performance after having his right total hip replacement done 11 days ago! He was out of bed just over 12 hrs after surgery and then discharged the following day! I am so proud of him😊. Remarkable how something advanced in the medical field and others seem to come from out of space, like the last 4 yrs have thrown us all🤪.

I wish you all the luck with your back, surgery was the best thing that happened to me after 20 years in pain. Lets hope your rains stops so you can relax and sit in the sun for while.
Good evenin' Simon... Some mixed weather for you guys lately, but I can see the forecast predicts some nice, sunny weather for you guys.. chilly at night, but in the teens at daytime👍I'll bet the fourlegged friendlove his new fur due😁 Today we had 18!! °C.. that's pretty much unheard of, at least since I moved here some 20 years ago. And for the next fortnight or so it's supposed to continue with nice, dry weather. Hmm... looks like the summer will be just sh. t! Haha! All the best to you guys, take care and stay safe.
Thank you, yes we now also have 12-14C and the water is flowing it is great to see the ground appearing. I can get going with the tractors now and finish the winters work. The darkness has almost gone completely so I will take any summer for now.

Wow! Snow again? We are mowing and sweating down here lol. Loving the snow covered woods there.
I was just thinking about the mower yesterday but I am still weeks away from that but it is now warm at least or warm for us anyway. I am sure the bilk of snow is finished and the grass with emerge soon.
Howdy Simon- I was thinking strongly about you yesterday and how you really dolled up your sawmill building. I was looking at mine and thinking, “ oh well, it keeps the rain off” lol. Hello Paul, you are way to modest which is a really good attribute in a man. I see it differently, I built with what I had and went for speed and size and yours is a stand alone work of art but most importantly both machines are out for the elements and neither of us have to saw while standing in water or ice! I have been working on a different property this week so a couple of great video's coming, I so thankful for some of the larger machinery I now have is all I will say. Your blessing are reciprocated and we wish you all good health.
