Honestly 2020 been shit. Not even considering the WW3 threat, plane crashes and Coronavirus, everything been so bad. I am getting random anxiety attacks in the middle of the night. School been so stressful, my BFF has leukaemia, my eating habits been crap and I just literally don’t know what’s gonna happen 😕 Your video is the only good thing that happened today.

Tea is such a comfort thing for most Aussies isn't it? It think it's because it's our grandmothers, mother's, aunts, etc fix it for everything. It always seems like their first suggestion is... 'here have a cup of tea it will make you feel better' 🧡🧡
I love notebooks! I just started a bullet journal to track habits. Even though it’s March it’s good to find motivation to better myself and have a creative outlet.
The only constant in life is change.. Buddhism teaches a lot about letting go.. and being neutral about all emotions.... every situation doesn’t last long.. this tooo will pass...
Comfy clothes and tea: absolutley a great way to chill out. Where i live ,in Norway, its a long cold winter. I use my bathtub frequently and it really helps me relax and warm up after being out and about all day

Then after nearly 2 months of no promised contract, I pulled the pin. Now I feel like I’m back to square 1, but very unmotivated for the rest of the year or life in general. How do you gain your mojo back and just be happy with the new direction life pushes you in? I feel sad, disappointed and lack energy to even plan any new goals in life as I feel that they always blow up in my face. How do you deal with situations like these? Asking as I think you keep it real.

I have googled “what to do with blank notebooks” more frequently than I’d like to admit. So no! No, I’m not tired of you (or anyone) talking about notebooks! Stay positive!
I too am obsessed with notebooks and planners. Even if it's just writing down my shopping list or getting all my thoughts out on paper, I love scribbling my anxiety away. It's so therapeutic and nourishing, and I love when your videos showcase how you use them and when you are planning things. I hope you are feeling better.
I can SO relate to the pinterest/instagram comment. I took a break from Instagram in about March last year and since then I haven't redownloaded the app or missed it at all! Instagram made me constantly compare myself and actually made me feel worse rather than happier. But Pinterest is so great - I can still mindlessly scroll if I want, but the pictures are more what I want to see and make me happier. Hope you're doing well Rachel! x
When I need a quick pick meup ,I listen to my fav.music.Sip hot cocoa with extra marshmellows.Bubble bath with lots of bubbles.Rest and meditate.God bless.
I feel the same about Pinterest. It makes me so happy and is one way to help keep my mind occupied in a good way (especially when I have an anxiety attack). Curating or just scrolling in there instantly lifts my mood. It’s my favorite form of doing self care I also love stationary and notebooks too. So beautiful and fun to collect because they serve a purpose...I always want to handwrite vs type

O my god why did I never think of winding the thread of the teabag around the handle of the mug. Thank you for this life hack. I've been there too many times, when my entire teabag would sink titanic wise to the bottom 😂

Please talk a bit slower. Take a breath, a break between sentences. I find slowing down your speech makes you feel calmer and slows down your heart rate and people listening to you will feel calmer.
