    This country needs a President, NOT ZUMA. We need someone to Lead us rather than Mislead. This is really sad and disappointing!

    But how did the government come to the decision of building the security features in Nkandla, and who is the government? What is their main reason for building those security features? Are they gonna build security for every upcoming president's home?

    Even on his inflated salary how did he and his family amass such a large fortune of money in such a short period of time. Pull his tax records and see what is declared,
    This is super tax bracket. The truth is a very easy calculation. It stares the world in the face and most who understand shake there heads and see another failed country and the hunger that grows on a daily basis.

    It does not matter (not really) who paid for all this extravagance, it is just ludicrous for ANYONE to be spending this kind of money when there are millions of starving South Africans, why not help your people first before pissing this kind of cash in the wind!!!

    Well, investigation might be done but we all know He'll come out innocent as usual...Anyway, why would so much money be spent on the safety of one person, (be it president or anyone) while there are billions of people who's lives are at jeopardy day and night. I wonder what is he scared of this much, cause one thing for sure, you can't runaway from your death. Order please!

    A public SERVANT, elected by the people, who holds The country and the people's interests at heart, should not be spending 5 million rand on a residence let alone 200 odd million, especially if that country has limited education, housing and health care. It doesn't matter if the money was "privately acquired" or govern-mentally aquired.

    • @nkosinathimgidi17
      @nkosinathimgidi17 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      now we have a public servant who hides million's under mattress

  • @practicalbillinvestment805

    you can not be constantly blame till people believe you are guilty. then when it time to answer you just stand up and stick into your story once. no no no no. a man must stick to his story and defend his reputation.

  • @Amantla
    @Amantla 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    The president and the members of government, are public SERVANTS. You and me, they in essence should "work" for us. Not stop traffic and drive through in black Mercedes benz convoys.
    In future, I would like serious thought put towards a transparent democracy, one where the people know everything regarding governments actions on tax useage/ military deployment. It is the public who pays for all of it, and who would pay for something where they don't know what they are paying for?

  • @Deven754
    @Deven754 12 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    The essence of the speech would have taken less than 10 minutes to be concluded. They way the President presented his speech is like he was talking to a 3 year old child - the same thing is repeated time and time again. It is really sad to have a leader that fails to demonstrate a professional approach!!!!

  • @Ndingumxhosa
    @Ndingumxhosa 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Everyone has a right to freedom of speech and can excercise his or her own political view, therefore please allow me to say, some of you who made comments on this video clip no nothing about how South Africa was before 1994. Why am i saying this? If you would know how we as blacks were treated by the white minority, maybe those non-deomcratic citizen would'nt ask questions on how we live our lives. Point of correction Zuma was not a street kid before he became president even before being the DP.

    I really think ALL OF YOU including the members of parliament in South Africa need to learn that President Jacob Zuma is the country's first man, secondly he is an elder to you and thirdly, he is the country's president. I pray that God forgives you for the things that you have said here about the honorable president. What ever that he has done does not warrant anyone to call him the names you are calling him. Hasn't any of you heard of the word RESPECT? Were you all raised by wolves? I think if Tata Madiba should be turning in his grave, it is solely because he said a lot of wise words to a country that does not listen. I am not saying that IF(this depends of the investigations done) the president used state funds to build his home did a right thing but i am saying, AT LEAST DO NOT BEHAVE LIKE BARBARIANS ABOUT IT!
