Uncle Buck said, "That s.o.b attacked me!" Dad said, "Who?" Uncle Buck pointed to the rooster, who was standing calmly by Dad. Dad said, "Buck, I told you: all you have to do is punt him once and he won't mess with you again." Dad looked down at the rooster and said, "Come on @$$ hole; let's go." Dad started walking back towards Grandma Young's house and the rooster followed him. Uncle Buck climbed down off the tractor and started walking towards Grandma Young's house as well. The rooster sees Uncle Buck and takes off running after him. Uncle Buck turns and started running back for the tractor. Dad turned and yelled, "Buck!" Then he ran over, got between Uncle Buck and the rooster, and kicked the rooster backwards, like it was a football. The rooster landed and calmly walked off. Dad turned to Uncle Buck and said, "Just punt him! That's all ya gotta do!" And Dad started walking towards Grandma Young's house again, shaking his head! 😆
OmG we had a mean ass rooster too!! His name was "Dat." When entering our fence, the inside was lined with large sticks. We would grab one upon entering because Dat charged everyone. One time, my sister in law came to pick up my nephew and when my nephew got close, she squated down to hug/catch his run. Dat came out of nowhere and started attacking her face. I started dying laughing because I despised my sister in law 🤣 my brother hit him off and Dat started running around the yard. My brother threw a chair at him and chased him for at least 5 minutes. In the midst of chase, my brother picked up a jump rope and started to whip it around, never hitting Dat. We punted him all the time, he'd STILL come at you. Our 2 pit bulls and Australian Shepherd were terrified of him. He was a total ass until the day the devil took him home.
When I was a preschooler my grandfather held me down and let his guard gander attack me, in the groin. My sympathy, my man. Devil-flapper with feet, indeed.
