Explained how fast to troll, how to determine how far to let line out, what lures to use and what depth. Then how to reel in the grouper once hooked. Please tell me how much more you need to know about trolling for grouper?
If anyone on here can help me.out. I'm in Inverness,FL with a friend. We want to fish from shore for reds, pompano, snook, whatever right now. My husband and I usually charter a guide out of Inglis or Yankee town, but my girlfriend and I just want to know if there is anywhere to fish in thw crystal springs and surrounding area, maybe èven a beach for one day...? We have to leave Friday
Down Ozello trail by the causeway next to the restaurant at the end is good fishing, or the end of the barge canal If you take that road down under 19 bridge. And end of yankeetown off the bridge is good too
Went out 2 days ago out of Hernando Beach..too much Grass!...was just trolling clumps of grass...was about to give up but went over some great bottom in 15 feet ( I was looking for shallow rock areas..8 to 15 foot) so I put another plug out and snagged a 28 incher before the grass spoiled the lure..I can make an awesome Blackened Grouper sandwiches!.....you don't have a grass problem where you troll??
Your title read "HOW TO TROLL FOR GROUPER!!! Everything you need to know" I saw one tip which is debatable, where you mentioned trolling with the tide vs. against the current. I saw just a group of people wanting to go out into what appeared to be the Gulf and have a decent day of catching gags. I almost felt like I was mislead. I clicked on your video looking for information, not entertainment. I don't want to appear like I am starting and type of trouble so I will leave it at that.
Nice catches. Wish my boat was fixed. Been trying to find a day to go out with you. Want some of the grouper and sheepshead action.

Best October-February. But can catch them anytime
U need a bigger net sir, that trout net aint cutting it. Lol
