@@dweisblum It’s a well thought-out kit, so I wouldn’t “mess with success.” One thing to consider - I’m guessing from the video you’re fairly tall, so maybe you’d like the Chair Zero “L” version that was just released this year. I also swap out my Tensor for a warmer Exped pad for late fall here in Michigan, but that might be overkill in other locales. Great video, looking forward to more.
our loadouts are so similar. nemo tensor wide with zenbivy light bed. even the flextail and 400ml nalgene for the hotwater bottle. i throw a sock over as a cover. i am planning on switching out my nemo moonlite for the helinox. the nemo is too heavy
I like the setup, ive been trying to downsize my pack to a 30-42 liter pack, which make me get better gear, do you pack based on need during trail or based on ease of access? Like want water get it from pouch OR wait until camp so all things get setup in order?
Why use Iodine for Water Treatment bad for Pregnant Women or Women planning to get Pregnant - Chlorine Dioxide better i.e Katadyn MicroPur MP1 Tablets for Water Purification like Home 30-Minutes Clear Water 4-Hours Dirty Water -- Iodine was great for our Parents and GrandParents we can do better today ...
I use the Katadyn BeFree as well -- Katadyn MicroPur MP1 Tablets do Full Purification and Taste like water from Home or Better depending on your Water Source@@dweisblum
Great video! Keep making them!
Super helpful video, thank you!
Thanks Dan! ...you're making me consider the new Kakwa 55 pack
Sweet setup
Thank you!
Very nice loadout. Just got the Kakwa 55 and am excited to try it. I also use a Durston tent and they are great. Keep up the good videos.
Thank you for the feedback and encouragement!
Nice! TH-cam sent me here and lo, we have almost identical autumn load outs. You have a new sub!
That’s awesome! Anything you’d change? What’s on your wishlist?

Nice! I have a very similar setup, it's a good one , lots of luxury but not too heavy.

Great video. Made a notice straight away that I have to buy a new medical kit for the new season.💡
Thanks! I have a box at home with extra first aid gear and always replenish if there’s anything I’ve used.
@@dweisblum yeah me too, but it is getting empty 😅
😂 time to restock!
@@dweisblum definately!
better put some fuel in for that stove, or did i miss that?

Good question - the only things I prioritize on trail are water and snacks.
Do you have space left for lets say one week of food?
Can you re edit and increase the audio track volume?
Thanks for the feedback on the audio. I’ll look into this.
@@dweisblumI don't think it's to bad. It is not the loudest, but could here you really well.
Ever try turning the volume up?
@@BongJohnsonwow so funny. Perhaps the volume is already maxed, like on a mobile for example...
😅
Question. Is there a reason why you put the tent at the top/inside of your pack?
First thing you set up when you get to camp, especially in the rain. Plus they get dirty so keeping it separate helps too
fuel?
Cant hear you bro... got to turn the audio up.. a lot more maybe get a mic clip for your shirt or something
Thanks for the feedback, I had a mic, wasn’t functioning correctly. Should be fixed going forward.

Good recommendation I’ll look into it. As a general rule, these are a last resort and not my primary way to filter water in the backcountry.
